Aguilar:

“Miriam, how are you?” I asked, looking at one of the women who stood in front of me, representing her father.

“I am honored that you admitted me here. I must admit, after hearing a lot about you, I did not expect you to do so,” she said, watching as I nodded at her to take a seat.

“While I am curious of what you heard, I have no reason not to accept you in my home. You came as your father’s representative, and Collin has always been an alley to me, Miriam.” I said, and she nodded. She sat in front of me, both Valdez and Ezio stood, keeping their eyes on her.

“Father sent me here as he is ill. He has been for a long while and it is one of the reasons why he failed to attend your ceremony. He would have loved for that to happen, but you know, fate had different plans for him, and they just went a little too out of hand.” She said, and I nodded.

“You always have been the political type.” She smiled. I nodded at the men to walk out, leaving the two of us alone. I knew that she w

Liana:“But the Alpha has requested for me?” I asked, frowning at Ian.“The Alpha is with his woman, his Luna. You are going to be tending to your classes and after that, you are going to go to your new room.” He said, glaring at me. “Now stop being stubborn and tend to what you are told. I do not want to deal with your behavior for the day.”I looked at Elena whose eyes studied my expression. She waited for me to react, but I simply looked down at my feet and nodded. Something would be up, and if anyone knew, it would be her. However, I had to admit, this was not something that I liked. And the clench that I felt in my chest was not one that I found easy to deal with.“Why am I being taken to a new room? I don’t understand?” I asked, and Elena smiled as she put her hand on my shoulder.“You were good, smart, and it seems, after two days, that you caught the Alpha’s attention. While you are still going to be one of the concubines, but rather than being a slave that would be cleaning,

Aguilar:“When I don’t want someone in my room, I don’t expect to find them in my private chamber without asking them to be here.” I said, glaring at Ian who looked down at his feet. His heart raced against his ribcage, and I could tell that he was doing his best as not to flaunter with his words, wanting to find the right sentence to say as not to press on the mistake that he’s done more than he already has.“Alpha, it was the mother Luna’s order. She was the one who sent your Luna to your private chamber. I had no idea that she was not invited by you.” He said, and I took a deep breath before nodding. I knew how I was going to be handling this from here. If it was mother’s order, then Ian was not to be blamed. Not yet anyway…“You may leave,” I said, watching as the man walked out of the room. I waited for a few moments, giving him time to leave, before leaving my own room. She may be the mother of the pack, but her crossing me was the last thing that I was going to allow. Her or an

The woman’s eyes met mine and her anger, but she didn’t bother opening her mouth to speak.“You never mentioned how things went between you and the Alpha.” Cecilia said, catching my attention, “was he gentle? They say that he is not very kind sometimes, but he seems to be very sweet when it comes to you. Even you softened toward him. I watched as she chewed the inside of her mouth, and it wasn’t until she looked up at me that I saw her blushing crimson.“I missed you too. • Alpha Aguilar   Prologue

“It is said that a day will come when an emerald green will take all that blue holds dear. Eye will meet one, and the war will never cease to end.” The Alpha’s mother said, looking at the green eyed slave, her name was Liana. “A twine or bound, one unbreakable, as her name would mean. And the reign of him who rules will be with her.”“It is a prophecy said long ago to the Alpha’s Luna, her name Ella. The mother of the Alpha’s only heir.” The woman, they called her Mother or sometimes even mother Luna. Despite her not carrying the blood of royalty, it was her son who had announced her to the world as his mother, deeming her the mother Luna, a title first of its kind, and though they did not like it, they knew to respect it.“Why do I have to know of this when I have just left the Alpha’s chamber, mother Luna?” Liana asked, despite herself, hating the fact that she was to call her mother. She knew not to believe in the lies that they fed her, she knew to hold strong and stand her ground

Liana:“Check the girls and then have them cleaned.” One of the women said, clapping her hands, eyeing us as we were sat in what looked like a big shower room. At least, I think it was.Cecilia, my best friend, was quiet as she looked down at her feet, submitting to them. The idea of them breaking her so easily was not one that I liked. Not for her.“Cecilia, fight them, don’t give in,” I said, but she didn’t look at me. It pained me, but she didn’t even spare me a glance. Each one of them eyed us as if we were monsters on the loose. The disgust in their eyes, the anger in their expressions.“Don’t look at me like that, I don’t want to be here.” I said, looking at one of the women who wrapped her hand around my arm, pulling me to stand in line. “Let me go!”They wouldn’t.No matter how hard I tried, neither one of them would let me go. Instead, it was as if they took pleasure in what they were doing. The pain that they were inflicting on us seemed to be pleasing them more than anything

  • Alpha Aguilar   Chapter 2

Aguilar:“Did you call for Daniel?” I asked, asking about my son. My beta, Ezio, smiled and nodded.“He should be on the way, Alpha. We have already sent orders for them to be brought here from Moscow.” Ezio said, and I nodded, looking out the window of the office that was now my own.“Good, I have missed him terribly.” I said, and Ezio smiled.“Both he and Luna Ella have missed you too. You know, she has been waiting for your call and would be anxious to see you when she is back.” He said, and I nodded, not saying a word at the mention of my first Luna. The mother of my eldest son.“You know, we are going to have a lot to take care of now,” I said, and he smiled, knowing that I was right. “The fact that we are now standing in the center of the world. Where the world will be bending the knee to their Alpha, it is going to be time for us to set new ground rules.”“I am curious about how the humans would be accepting the new rules and grounds that we set for them. You know, they tend to

  • Alpha Aguilar   Chapter 3

Liana:I got up from my bed, if I call it one, it was a mere mattress that we set on the floor where our ‘dorm’ was. The white sheets were smudged with my tears, I knew not to expect otherwise, and I knew that this was a nightmare that wouldn’t end.It was one that I couldn’t just wake up and find myself back in my own peace. One that stripped me away of my freedom to be a slave of the Alpha. An Alpha who I would be more than willing to kill if I were to be given a chance. The idea of belonging to a monster, one who we didn’t even know, was not something that I wanted for myself. And though I knew not to say it out loud, I knew that I was going to have to get out of here. There was no other way that things were going to be going my way as causally.“Each one of you get ready. I want these beds made and these mattresses removed before I am back for your lessons. Starting today, you are going to start your classes. Breakfast would be arriving shortly, and those who think of defying…” she

  • Alpha Aguilar   Chapter 17

Liana:I woke up to the bedroom door opening, revealing a concubine whose eyes avoided mine.“Alpha Aguilar left the room.” I said, covering my body with the blanket.“You were requested by the mother Luna.” The maid said, making me frown.“What?” I asked, and she looked up at me.“Get up.” A headmistress, one older than Elena, said, glaring at me. “You heard the concubine; the mother Luna has requested for you to be in her chamber.”“I will get dressed and follow…”“You are to come now.” She said, stopping me.“I am not dressed.”“Then cover yourself with the blanket.” She said, and I took a deep breath. I held the sheets to my body and got up, careful not to expose my body. My eyes met the woman’s, and she forced me to look down at my feet. She walked ahead of me, and two concubines walked a step behind me, making sure that I didn’t run away. They knew that I would, and I had to admit, everything told me to just leave this hellhole that I was going to go to right now.“Stand,” the h

  • Alpha Aguilar   Chapter 16

Aguilar:“You want me to leave?” Liana asked, and I chuckled.I cupped her cheeks and ran my fingers over her cheekbone, my eyes softening as I saw her eyes fixed on mine. The same eyes that were scared the day before, the same eyes that were doubting me when she first looked at me.“No, not at all. But I have work to take care of, and I doubt that you should be neglecting your classes any longer.” I said, and she pouted.“I doubt that there is anything that I would be learning that you can’t teach me if you want to. Plus, you know that I know how to read and write, you can give me one of those books that you stacked everywhere. They should teach me a thing or two, but I do not intend to be taught as a slave would.” She said, and I laughed. I lowered my hands to her waist, gently pulling her to me, and she smiled as I purred. “Do you always purr?”“Only when I am happy.” I said, making her eyes soften.“Can I take it that I am making you happy?” She asked, and I nodded.“Not just a li

  • Alpha Aguilar   Chapter 15

Liana:“How did you get here?” Aguilar asked, making me raise an eyebrow.“Do you want to know? Or are you merely asking to make conversation?” I asked, taking a bite of the strawberry that was set between us.“I am genuinely curious about the reason of why you hate me so much. You have been fighting nonstop, at least, so I have heard. You seem to be rather obedient.” He said, and I bit my bottom lip before picking up a grape and putting it between his lips, feeding it to him. He went to bite it, but I snatched half of it, making him smirk before he wrapped his arms around me, pulling me to straddle his lap.“Each one of us has a story. Mine won’t be so different from those that you have within your pack and estate when it comes to concubines.” I said, wrapping my arms around his neck. I leaned in and connected my lips with his, reminding myself that this was the one way that I was going to be able to get out of the slavery that I was in. Unless, of course, I could manage to find a way

  • Alpha Aguilar   Chapter 14

Aguilar:I kept my arms wrapped around my woman, my mate, who smiled as she looked at me.“I have to admit, when I heard the way you had an attitude, I expected that you wouldn’t be very open to me touching you.” I said, teasing her.“I barely caused them a fuss within the Estate, I am curious of what you are referring to?” She asked, and I smirked.Flashback:“One of the girls, the concubines, who arrived the other day has caused a fuss. Her name is to be said Liana. She fought against eating, against the girls eating or even looking at us, and the number of times that we had to tie her down for her to calm down are countless,” Marcus, one of the men who were in the car to deliver the concubines said. “I see,” I said.“She called the place hell. You the demon Alpha, a bunch of other words that wouldn’t be deemed appropriate considering that she is speaking to the Alpha of Alphas.” He said, and I took a deep breath. “Her family was killed by the men who sold her to us. It was why she
