Pack's Administrative Office

Royale Pack Territory

"Royal Gamma's Secretary, Pack Administrative's Office, How may I help you?" Answered Claire Jones.

"This is Alpha Byron, Sangue Lupos Pack, I would like to speak with Royal Gamma." A gruff, strong voice answered.

"Royal Gamma is busy. May I take a message?" Claire answered trying to keep frustation out of her voice. With upcoming General Packs Meeting, the number of calls recieved has multiplied by hundreds.

"No. It is very important to speak with Royal Gamma. I may or may not have some information regarding a probable future breach of the security at General Packs Meeting." Alpha Byron tried to give her an hint that the matter is of highest importance.

"I will have Royal Gamma on the line in a minute." Claire breathlessly told Alpha and rushed to Royal Gamma's office. She knocked the door and waited for the permission to enter.

When she heard a faint come in, she entered the room. In the room, both Royal Head Enforcer and Royal Gamma are present. She bowed her head. The room is a mess with trying to put together every thing perefectly for upcoming General Packs Meeting.

"What is it, Claire?" Asked 35 year old, Andrew Vincenzo Carlos.

"Sir,  I have recieved a call from Alpha Byron, Sangue Lupos Pack, stating that he have some information regarding a probable future breach of security at General  Packs Meeting." Claire frantically answered.

"What?" Shouted David, the Royal Head Enforcer making Claire flinch a little.

"Transfer the call, Claire." Andrew calmly told her. Thinking it as a false alarm.

"On it, Sir." With that Claire left the room.

Claire transferred the call to Royal Gamma and entered the office once again locking the room.

After Claire entered, Andrew put the phone on the speaker.

"Royal Gamma, Andrew Vincenzo. Carlos." He announced making his presence known.

"Alpha Byron, Sangue Lupos, Sir." A polite, deep and gruff voice answered.

"My secretary has informed me you have some information on probable security breach." Andrew get to the point without any preamble.

"Yes Sir, A pack warrior came to my office today enquiring about the Palace's Security details that Alpha's have." Alpha Byron dropped the bomb.

"What did you said?" Asked David.

"That it's a rumour with record and is created to confuse anyone who tries to divulge into it." Alpha Byron carefully divulged.

"Good. But who was this warrior and how he stumbled upon this information?" Questioned Andrew wanting to know about the possible suspects.

"Pack Warrior, Valentina Ivy Black, she told me that she stumbled upon this information when she was in a club last friday and it was not letting her settle so she decided to enquire....." Alpha Byron was not even finished when David announced " Claire, pull a record of all the places Miss. Black have been last week. A trail of her credit card bills and everything else. Take help from Jonathan."

"Sir." Claire is about to get on it when Alpha Byron interrupted "No need, I have authenticated about what Warrior Black said and when it matched, I had called you."

"It means its a genuine hatch." David stated.

"It appears so." Andrew supported.

"Sir, may I add something?" Asked Alpha Byron.

"Yes." David complied.

"Warrior Black is not someone who will not do something when Royale Pack Territory is in concern. If I am not wrong, you might or will recieve all the possible information Miss. Black have by an anonymous source." Andrew checked his email frantically and finds nothing. "I have not recieved anything."

"You have not Andrew but I have." David stated.

"It seems you are right Alpha. We have all the details of what Miss. Black knows and with proof." David said while checking the docunments he have recieved which were perfectly organised to be able to take further action without delay.

"Alpha Byron, if there is any further development than I would like you to inform us first. Is that clear?" 

"Crystal, Sir." With that the phone was hung up.

"David, what you suggest we do?" Asked Andrew.

"First, we need to get Caine in our circle. Then, we need to run the sketches sent by Miss. Black across our database, it will definitely help us to scrouge our search and most importantly we need to change all the security parameters." David formulated.

"What about Alfa Re?" Asked Andrew.

"We will inform him when we have some solid lead on any of suspects." David stated with a bit of fear in his voice.

"What if Alfa Re knows from somewhere else?" Questioned Andrew.

"I don't even want to imagine it." David answered shuddering.

"I hope everything works in our favour." Andrew said while making a call to Royal Beta.

"Me too." David whisphered.

Royal Beta is informed of the developments and now the Royal Gamma, Royal Head Enforcer and Royal Beta are working on enchaning the security of the Palace.

While on the other side Valentina is working on how to protect the whole specie.

Next Morning

Valentian Black's Office 

Pack Training Ground

Sangue Lupos Pack

Valentina's POV:

"Let me get us through what we have got so far." Valentina announced. A image appeared on laptop showing what she has so far.

"No success with clues, Security Parameters of Palace changed plus Red Alert on Royale Pack Territory, what we are looking to find out-1. How the Child fit into all this? 2. Source of Funding? 3. Way to Get into Royale Palace and 4. A way to destroy the morphed DNA."

"Now, Daphne what you have?" Asked Valentina.

"Whoever we are dealing with are supersmart. They knew that someone can trail the fundings. So, there are numerous trails left out of which only one is authentic and to identify it I will need time, atleast 3-5 days." Daphne announced, sadness lingering in his voice.

"Take your time." Valentina told him while taking a deep breath.

"Well, I have a good news- Kayne interrupted to lift the mood- Normally, a stable DNA is almost impossible to destruct but a morphed DNA till it is not injected in host is very easy to destroy but in case it is injected through a vector it will be almost impossible to destroy and there are many ways to injest not inject into host. So, if we are able to get the morphed DNA before injestion a simple solution of Hydrochloric and Nitric acid will do the trick." Kayne said while standing and projecting a image to show what he said.

"Good Work Kayne. Now you continue to work on how the injestion would be done because I know it is almost impossible to find a way to destroy the injested DNA without the actual codes of it." 

Valentina herself get to the work of finding out about security details as it will give her an advantage of knowing from where rogues can enter territory.

Its been two hours since she has been researching about the Palace security details but still nothing. She reminscises what Alpha Byron has said. What if he lied? She questioned herself. If it was a lie, there might be some report of any Alpha killed by rogues. 

She frantically searched on the web about reports of any Alpha dead and she found that last month. Alpha Hector of Blue Lupos Pack has been killed and tortured by rogues. It means that Alphas do have information about Palace's Security but only limited.

Now, how to find out which part of Palace was allotted to Alpha Hector. It seems almost impossible to deduce any conclusion. How would I do it? I would just randomly allot the parts. But the system will not do so. 

Then how? How?

6 days to go and only a step closer....with these thoughts Valentina fall asleep on her table.
