5. Enemy Attack Chaos

Oh, how Amerta really wished she never went through this her new life.

Now she even started to imagine if she met the death when the Red Goddess pack Kingdom fell into broken pieces last night. Is she going to have a more relaxing life-after-death than with Alpha Fredico?

"With great pleasure, the Kingdom of Arkadia announces that it officially has Luna Queen Amerta Cassa Galhart as Alpha Fredico's companion. Give her a salute of honor!"

In front of Amerta, the crowd of Arkadia pack Kingdom citizens simultaneously bowed. Giving greetings of honor after King Volk Goltzius gave a welcome for today's celebration party.

Amerta only listened to Alpha Fredico's nonsense while laughing silently. Suddenly his brain twisted the image if the one standing beside him was Alpha Alvrada—his dead lover. Amerta should have become Luna's companion to Alpha Alvrada.

"Now, since the kingdom will be holding a party for three consecutive days, all citizens of the Arkadia pack Kingdom can enjoy the Kingdom's festive food and drink treats!"

Amerta smiled at Queen Luna Sophia who looked awkward after being reprimanded by Alpha Fredico. The woman approached Amerta while spreading both hands.

"Ah, this is someone Alpha Fredico has chosen as Luna," said Queen Luna Sophia before finally hugging Amerta.

For some reason Amerta's hands were a bit stiff to return Queen Luna Sophia's hug. Even so, not wanting to arouse suspicion from Alpha Fredico's family, Amerta returned this woman's hug.

Alpha Fredico only watched the two of them.

"I didn't think that Alpha Fredico could find a replacement Luna," commented Queen Luna Sophia after her hug with Amerta was over.

"Okay. I'm just saying hello to her," replied Queen Luna Sophia.

Alpha Fredico glared at Queen Luna Sophia before his gaze shifted to Amerta.

"Amerta, come here, sit beside me." Then, after saying that, Alpha Fredico walked over to the two empty seats next to each other.

Amerta did not expect that Alpha Fredico would invite her. Why, when in front of the big family, did he suddenly care about Amerta?

Not wanting to pay too much attention, Amerta then followed Alpha Fredico and sat down as a pair. Like the other Alpha and Luna.
