Isabella's POV

'' You look beautiful, my dear,'' Mary said with a smile on her face.

'' Thank you, but it is all thanks to you,'' I let out.

'' Ruby is going to be so jealous because you are more beautiful than she is right now,'' Mary said and I rolled my eyes.

'' Can we go now,'' I let out because I didn't want to talk about Ruby right then.

Mary nodded and soon we were on our way down.

I soon heard slow music, as we got closer to where the event was taking place, which made my heart beat even faster, as I dreaded seeing Xander after everything Xavier had revealed about him.

I and Mary went into the venue, and it felt like everyone's eyes were on me, and it included Xander. I struggled not to look in his direction, but I failed because his eyes were like magnets pulling me in his direction.
