Branch Three Hundred and Sixteen

After Ross successfully accessed Genevieve and handed her over to ten nurses for extra tests he invited Xavier in.

"The serious expression on your face tells me that there is something wrong"

"I guess you know me too much for my good then?"

"I have known you since I was a child. You were the one who pronounced my mom dead and a little while after my dad" Xavier said.

Ross was stunned, this was the first time that Xavier was bringing up his parents. Maybe time does really heal wounds. Maybe he was finally growing up. Maybe his wife had an impact on him. He did not know what it could be but he was grateful that it seemed like he was healing.

After the burial of his parents, Ross had suggested therapy for Xavier but he never opened up and never was able to get the help he deserved. He watched him go from a lovely nice young boy to a closed up shell.
