Book Two: Branch One Hundred and Thirty Nine

"So she did that?" Thiago asked a shocked expression clouding his face.

"Yes she did and she never apologized for it. She even tried to gaslight me into saying she already apologized. Most times when I see her I want to puke" Jeanne told him before popping a fry in her mouth.

"So who else should I be weary of?" Thiago asked.

Jeanne had taken it upon herself to try and make him feel comfortable. She had told him that she was going to list out the names of those whom he should totally avoid as he works there.

"As of today I know of no one else but she is enough to fill a list, she is a snake and it surprised me that my parents are blind or see what she is doing" Jeanne whined.

"So she is the only one on the list?"

"Is her name not enough? I even told you what she did to me" Jeanne asked aggressively crossing her hand across her chest.

"I mean with all I have heard about her today and the gossip surrounding her I am sure her name would be enough for the list" Thiago said in a teasing vo
