Book Two: Branch Ninety Seven

Needa's walk down the aisle brought tears down the faces of many people as it was a joyous moment. She had decided to walk solo since she had no family of her own.

The vows were said and everyone was ushered to the reception where there was a lot of drinking dancing and eating too.

"I love parties" Jeanne said as they sat at their table. The bridesmaid had been given their own table together with the groomsmen, Andrew and Joshua. They had to sit together.

Joshua kept glancing at Aletta as he could not keep her eyes off her. She gave him questioning looks but he shrugged off with a shoulder shrug each time. she was afraid that someone would see him and suspect them.
