Aletta tried to match his step but she decided against it as he was fast and not even looking back. If she were to tell the tales of all the sweet things he had done no one would believe her.

Now that she thought about it he had never been so difficult to work with in the past aside from the fact that he was a perfectionist and she was also a perfectionist so she did not see anything wrong there.

If she asked most girls she was sure that they would be unable to say why they all referred to him as a rude and domineering bachelor. Most of them never met him before and he was quite the opposite of everything they said.

He was a true gentleman and seeing him now she was sure that those people just labelled him because of his status in society. Aletta somehow made it just in time for the bouquet throwing and Jeanne hurried to drag her to the front.

"Ensure you get the bouquet" she whispered to her ears.
