He told me to stay away but I couldn’t stay away so I wiped the tears from my eyes and ran towards them. One of the guards outside the room tried to stop me from leaving but I growled at him and dared him. He backed off when he saw that I wasn’t playing with him.

“Bernardo let him go!”

I yelled at Bernardo when I saw him still dragging Hillan who was acting like he didn’t have strength, not to mention that he was still bleeding. His cut hasn’t healed yet. How would he heal when Bernardo continuously punched him in the same spot?

“I told you to stay away, Luna.”

Bernardo let out without looking at me, he just kept dragging Hillan away. I broke into a run and got ahead of him.

“Stop! What the fuck is wrong with you, I am your Luna and I command you to stop.”

I yelled at him. Okay, I didn’t expect him to actually stop but he did. There were people around. Guards, palace workers, and the king’s relatives and they just witnessed me commanding the king but I didn’t care.
