“Anyway, ladies, I will check in on you two later.” my father said as he stood up. “Let’s go and shoo these people out of the house.”

My father left the room with Alessandro, leaving me in Roni’s room with her.

“So, he is a quick man,” Roni said

“What do you mean?” I questioned back

“He comes up with lies quickly,” she replied

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Tori, we all know he was not in the bathroom. I heard you guys talking as soon as you left my room. I knew you guys were definitely in your room. There was no way you were just standing in the corridor. And then, when Dad came to your room looking for you, he tried to call Alessandro, and we all heard his ringtone coming from your room. Dad probably heard it but is just praying and crossing his fingers that Alessandro was not in your room.” she answered.

There was really no point in lying to Roni. She had managed to really catch us before. So, everything else she saw was just a confirmation of all that we had done

Oh, just how I knew we were definitely going to be seen by my father, and he was definitely going to leave the other dry conversation to attend to us. I was still in Alessandro’s arms. I could not break away because he gripped me tight, but then my father approached us long ago. I decided to let out a few tears and then start screaming like a kid. Alessandro caught that quick enough and slowly started rubbing my back to comfort me. “What’s wrong with Tori?” my father questioned again“I don’t know. I guess she is just feeling sad or something.” Alessandro responded. I continued to let out a few more fake tears, feeling also content that he got on the plan so quickly and was able to help me reply. “Tori, Tori… are you okay?” My father asked as he rubbed my back. I shook my head quickly. “What do you want? What do you need? Come on, talk to us.” my father asked, sounding really worried, which caused actual tears to roll out of my eyes because I had not seen him become that soft, e

“All set?” Alessandro asked me as soon as he saw me“Yep,” I replied“I feel underdressed. We were just going for a walk, and now you’re out here dressing up like it’s a fashion show.” he laughed. We walked out of the house after saying bye to my father, who looked like he did not want to be there in the living room but rather on the walk with me and Alessandro. “Hang on, you have something,” he said as he walked up to me and wiped my thigh. “Got it. You’re all good now.” He stared at his glove after wiping away whatever was on me. It was as if he had some weird obsession with keeping them clean. “What’s with the gloves?” I asked, finally breaking the silence“Oh, there was just a tiny stain on them. I thought they were ripped,” he replied. That was not what I was asking, but I nodded as if that was the response I was looking for. “Why do you always wear gloves?” I asked, hoping that time around, he would give me the answer I was looking for. “Why not?” he chuckled as he answered

Everyone else had gone home as well as Roni and her husband and Alessandro as well. It was just Dad and I alone in the house. He had spent the whole of the previous night playing his music and wailing away the whole night. I knocked on his bedroom door. “Come in,” he repliedI twisted the door handle and opened the door. I found my father seated my his radio player and photo albums scattered around him and a bottle of wine. “Come in, my cupcake,” he answered. I walked in and sat next to him. “Don't tell me that there are more people here. If there are, just tell them that I am asleep, and I will see them later,” he said“Oh no, there is no one else. It's just me.” I answered“I was meant to ask you, how was your walk with Alessandro?” He questioned. Just him bringing up the name sent chills down my spine. I thought of the kiss, the conversation, his scent and the hug. I hated that I thought of him at the mention of his name. “Tori?” my dad called out. “Oh, I am sorry. I zoned

I froze at my door, wondering what he meant by Roni mentioning something. My father had already hurried off with his cheerful and happiness while I was stuck wondering how he found the time to set up a date for me. After a few minutes, I came back to my senses and rushed to get my phone. I scrolled through my contacts to call Roni. She did not pick up after the first attempt, so I tried again, and she eventually picked up after 4 rings. “What the hell did you tell Dad?” I asked in a low voice“Well, good afternoon to you, too,” she replied “Okay, okay. Whatever…Good afternoon. Okay, so what did you tell Dad?” I continued to ask “What do you mean?” she asked me back.“Roni, all the times you play dumb, I like it, and I sometimes find it cute and funny, but right now is not one of those times.” I answered irritatedly, “So, cut with the crap and tell me what the hell you told Dad.”“Now you know how it feels when someone acts silly.” she laughed on the other end of the phone. “What’s the occasion?” he asked as his eyes continued to scan my body.My father had also reached the door and peeped around me to see who was standing there. Hearing Alessandro ask me what the occasion was ached my heart, slightly. If he was asking, it meant that he was not the one I would go with. It meant that my father had matched me with someone random. But why was I surprised? There was no way my father was going to set me up with his friend. “May I come in?” Alessandro asked“OH!” I stepped aside and let him enter the house. My father also did not look too pleased. He went back to his phone and continued to play his music loudly as he danced around. “Is he okay?” Alessandro questioned “Yeah, he is just re-living his high school moments as he goes down memory lane thinking about my mother,” I answered “Do you think that’s okay?” “Yes, I think it is okay. He has not hurt anyone. He seems happy. I mean, he is peaceful.” I answered. Alessandro nodded and we both continued to

“Right, I don’t want to keep you guys waiting too long. Go and have fun.” my father saidI turned around and gave my father a slight hug and then looked over at Alessandro who was too ashamed to look at me. It was as if he saw the pain in my eyes of having to go with someone that I already did not find attractive from the get-go. “Have fun kids!” my father called out as we walked towards the car. His car looked better than the last date’s car. It did not look like it would delay and die down but I walked past Alessandro’s big car. It was different from the one I had seen him drive before but I just knew it was his because I knew how my father’s car looked and it had the name ‘RUSSO’ on the number plate, once again. I dreamt of hopping into that car instead and driving away with Alessandro instead. “Let me open the door for you,” he said as he hurried to the passenger side. I hoped he was not insisting on opening the door for me because it had some faults. I prayed that he was actu

“Uhmmm…” I said as I tried to push his arm away politely. “Oh, I am so sorry. I got too comfortable too fast.” he sighed. His face turned red as he blushed from embarrassment. “It’s okay,” I said. I felt bad for making him feel bad. “I wouldn’t do anything that would make you feel uncomfortable. I am really sorry,” he said again“It’s okay, Jay. Don’t worry about it.” I replied. He got the remote and pressed a few buttons and the huge screen lit up. He stood up from the seat. I thought he was still feeling bad about the whole arm thing but instead, he was only going to switch off the lights of the room. “I hope you’re not afraid of the dark.” he chuckled nervously “Uhm… the dark is okay,” I answered but I did not join in on the giggling. But sooner, he switched on smaller lights. They were a weird mixture of green and blue and they made the place look aesthetic. “I usually like to watch movies with the lights like this,” he said as he walked back to the couch and plopped himse

She smiled as she walked to the table in front of us and placed the tray of cookies and then walked out of the room. By then, I had slowly shifted away from Jay. “Was that your mother?” I asked as soon as she was completely gone “No, that’s why I called her ‘Mom’.” he sarcastically replied “Really? You think this is the time for that?” I questioned impatiently“What?!” he called out. I had managed to shift away from him completely and face the black screen with my arms folded. “Why is your mother bringing cookies?” I questioned “Because she knows I have a guest over,” he responded “No, you’re not understanding me.” I sighed “What are you trying to say then?” “Does your mother live here? Because why is she bringing baked goods here? Unless she’s your neighbour and doesn’t mind baking and bringing them for her grown son.” He kept quiet. It was as if he was trying his hardest to think of a reply. Something that would not make him sound weird after he had managed to impress me.

Bash dropped me off at the junction, claiming he was a little too worried to take me all the way to my door. I rolled my eyes but didn’t argue. Instead, I sighed, grabbed my bag, and hopped out of the car. The early morning sun was already beaming down. As he drove off, I stood there for a moment, watching his car disappear around the corner. Then, with a deep breath, I adjusted my dress and started the rest of the walk home, my mind still lingering on the night before.I kind of felt angry because there was a sudden change in mood. After everything that happened the night before—the way he held me, the way he kissed me—it had all felt so perfect. But now, it was like he had flipped a switch. He barely looked at me when I got out of the car, and he didn’t even give me a small peck on the lips.I tried to brush it off, telling myself he was just in a hurry, but the disappointment still lingered. It felt like I had been pushed aside like I was just another part of his routine. My stoma

“Bash!” she exclaimed, her expression mirroring his shock. Great!I sighed. Being caught by Joey was one thing, but being caught by Katie was something else entirely. The only small relief was that, at least this time, I was not naked.“I thought you were going to yoga,” Bash said, still visibly shocked to find his mother in the dining room.“I am going. I was just about to leave—I forgot my water bottle,” she replied, her eyes narrowing. “Now, what exactly am I seeing here?”I mean, I knew she recognized me, and it was clear she was trying to match us up based on the conversation I overheard the night before."Good morning, Mrs—I mean, Katie," I said, stumbling over my words, nervous about her reaction. "Hey, Vic!" she responded warmly, her arms stretching wide to give me a hug. Her energy was so casual, but I couldn't shake the feeling that there was an underlying tension in the air.I knew I still smelled like sleep and probably had morning breath, but I could not reject her hug.

"Okay..." Joey kept exclaiming in shock as I scrambled to grab the towel from the floor.I quickly wrapped the towel around myself, my cheeks burning with embarrassment. I could not believe that, in just a matter of minutes, both of them had seen me completely naked.“What is going on here?” Joey questioned, her voice full of confusion.“Uhm—” I froze, my mind racing to find an explanation, but my words just wouldn’t come out.I glanced over at Bash, who was standing there, looking just as embarrassed for me as I was for myself. His face had turned a shade of red, and his eyes avoided mine, clearly uncomfortable with the situation unfolding.“I am confused,” Joey said, her voice loud enough to echo through the hallway, completely oblivious to the volume.“Shh!” Bash hissed, his eyes wide with panic. “You are going to wake Mom up, and then this is going to turn into a whole chaotic situation.”“So, Mom does not know about any of this?” Joey asked, her voice still carrying more than it

Did I just...?He continued to thrust, slow and deliberate, maintaining a careful rhythm as if savouring every movement, every sensation between us.My mind was too clouded to fully register just how good it felt, lost in the overwhelming intensity of the moment. But as his movements deepened, pleasure took over, and before I knew it, soft moans and breathless whimpers escaped my lips, completely involuntary yet impossible to hold back. "Shh," he hushed me, his voice low and commanding as he maintained his steady, deliberate rhythm. His grip tightened slightly, his movements never faltering, as if determined to keep control of both himself and me.I lay flat on my back, letting him take control as my body instinctively followed his movements. We fell into a seamless rhythm, each thrust sending waves of pleasure through me, building an intensity that left me breathless. His grip on my hips tightened as he exhaled a low, strained "Damn..." His voice was thick with desire, and the sound

It was a vulnerable moment, one that made my heart race in a way I had never experienced before. The cool air brushed against my skin, making me hyper-aware of everything—his gaze, the way his fingers traced along my thigh, the anticipation pooling in my stomach.I had never been this bare in front of anyone. Not like this. Not in a way that made me feel both exposed and electrified at the same time."It’s barely hairy," he murmured with a smile, his gaze warm.I felt my cheeks heat up instantly. Of all the things he could have said at that moment, that was what he chose. I wasn’t sure whether to laugh, be embarrassed, or kick him for ruining the tension.“You’re ridiculous,” I muttered, covering my face with my hands. He chuckled, his fingers gently pulling my hands away. “I mean it in a good way,” he said, his voice softer now. “You’re beautiful.”I felt heat rise to my cheeks and shifted awkwardly, wanting to divert his attention. So, I cupped his face, pulling him closer as I pres

He immediately released his grip on my panty, his fingers trembling slightly. Without hesitation, he reached for his t-shirt, snatching it up from where it had been discarded. His movements were rushed, almost frantic, as he pulled it over his head, the fabric slipping over his toned body in one swift motion.Did he forget that I was there?I froze on the bed, unsure of what to do next. I wondered if I should go and greet her or if I should pretend I was fast asleep or just wait patiently for Bash to come back. “Who is the girl?” The echoes of Katie’s question bounced off the walls. “Uhm..” Bash responded. I wondered why he was delaying to answer. Wasn’t his mother okay with him having people over? “I thought you weren’t coming back until morning?” Bash asked, his tone casual but clearly trying to dodge his mother’s question.“Yeah, but then my friend suddenly got a headache, so we had to call it a night,” she replied with a hint of annoyance.“Oh.” “Did you have dinner?” she ask

We kissed. Finally. His lips were soft, smooth, and warm against mine—an effortless blend of passion and control. He kissed like a man who had done this before, who knew exactly what he was doing. And I melted into it, savouring every second.Unfortunately, that familiar sour, slightly burning taste of wine crept back into my mouth, but it didn't matter.Bash had the best lips.I hated to admit it, but he kissed better than Russo. Or maybe it was just different—where Russo was rough and passionate, Bash was soft and deliberate, his touch sending slow, teasing shivers down my spine. It wasn’t just a kiss; it was a contrast, a new kind of intoxication. We continued to kiss, deeper and longer, until the world around us blurred into nothing. But then it hit me—among the long list of experiences that made him such a good kisser, Roni was one of them. The thought burned through me like ice, snapping me back to reality.I pulled away suddenly, my chest rising and falling with heavy breaths,

“Hello, Dad,” I answered, trying to steady my voice.“Tori, is everything alright? Do you need me to come get you?” His voice was laced with concern.“No, no, everything’s fine,” I reassured him quickly. He sighed. “Then why send a message instead of calling me?”I stayed silent, my mind scrambling for an excuse—but unlike all the other times, I didn’t have a lie ready.“I’m sorry, Dad,” I sighed.“It’s fine, but you’d better be back tomorrow—midday at the latest. You can’t overstay at someone’s place. What will they think of us?” he started rambling.“Okay, Dad. I’ll be back in the morning,” I assured him.“Goodnight,” he said before hanging up, not even giving me a chance to respond.I put my phone back and walked back to Bash. But by then, Bash was out of the kissing mood. “What’s wrong?” I asked, feeling a pang of worry.“Nothing, nothing,” he replied with a casual shrug, but I wasn’t convinced. He began gathering the dishes, carrying them off to the kitchen, leaving me standing

I jumped slightly, my breath hitching.“What’s wrong?” he asked as he poured himself some more wine“Oh, nothing, nothing.” I answered quickly. I knew I was probably ruining the dinner at that point.
