An unknown enemy is attacking the pack.

I didn't want to leave Logan alone. Hell, Frey would kill me if anything happened to her mate, but he's my Alpha and I didn't have a choice but to obey his command. If I was going to protect him, I couldn't do it alone. I needed other wolf bloods by my side.

Racing through the forest of wild trees, the wind whistled, hitting my fur as I sped down the path that led to the spot where the patrol team lived. I changed back into my human form and barged through the door, meeting the group of male wolves that sat by the fireplace. “The pack is under attack.” I announced, and they swiveled their gaze to me, their demeanor changing as they rose to their feet. Every trace of tonight’s merry faded from their eyes and they hurried to their weapons. Some shifted right there in the living room.
