THIRD PERSON POV

Elizabeth breathed hard while the kept trying to find somewhere safe, she had been contemplating on returning to the rogue camp and act like nothing had happened but she couldn't because she still hadn't healed off the injuries she had and then she might have already become a suspect.

She stopped halfway while panting for air. Elliot turned around to notice that she wasn't tagging along anymore.

Concerned, Elliot hurried back to where Elizabeth had stopped, his footsteps echoing in the tense silence. He found her leaning against a tree, her chest heaving as she struggled to catch her breath. Worry etched across his face, he approached her cautiously.

"Are you okay?" Elliot asked, his voice laced with concern. He took a step closer, carefully observing her weary expression.

Elizabeth glanced up at him, her eyes filled with a mix of exhaustion and fear. "I... I can't go on like this," she admitted, her voice trembling. "I'm injured, and I need water!"
