HELENA'S POV

One month later.

The truth is beginning to unfold. Alex had agreed to the idea of letting Sophia stay on his property only because he wanted me to prove that Sophia and Don Derego are allies.

The job with a detective can never go wrong. That was why I brought him into the picture. Now I was severely heavy and waited patiently for my due date. The doctor had told me the baby would arrive in the third week of my last month. I was excited yet nervous because the world around me was still very much tense and bringing a baby into such an environment filled with unrest was something I was concerned about.
