Chapter Seventy Nine

ALEXANDER'S POV

Just like the saying goes "all that glitters isn't gold". I lived a shadow of my life for over two decades. Sorting to please the entire society and my mother except myself. But to think that my mom would be so cruel as to do what she did was severely out of the point. If any one had to be mad that should be me. I mean all of this wouldn't have happened, we wouldn't have been in this mess if not for her attitude and quest for a position she could never get by herself. Maybe she was just a cheat like every other person, I just couldn't judge her. I was pissed, upset, battered as I remembered the incident that took my dad away that faithful evening.

I had fought those demons for years and when I finally began to get a hold of myself I am being reminded that I had them locked up somewhere waiting to pop up and grin victoriously in my face.
