“Why didn’t you tell me?”

Sofia quivered her gaze down, she was covered in sweat as she stuttered. “She-she threatened to kill me,” tears fell from her eyes freely.

Camille ruffled her hair in frustration going to seat on a chair. “Stand up.” She said her arms crossed. “I said you can stand up.” Camille said again.

Sofia slowly stood up her gaze downwards as she stared at the floor.

“And you destroyed the designs? After knowing how much effort I put in it. You promised to change and I trusted you.” Camille said in disbelief. The door suddenly opened and Tiffany entered, “Hey, Cam.” She paused looking at Sofia who bent her head in shame. “Is she back? I thought she said she was on leave because she’s sick.” Tiffany threw the popcorn in her mouth munching on it as she spoke.

Camille sighed, “That was only an excuse for her to carry out her misdeed.”

“Misdeed?” Tiffany looked at her puzzled. “You mean to say she lied?”
