Silas was devastated to hear about his mother's illness. He had always been close to her, and the thought of losing her was unbearable. He spent every moment he could by her side, holding her hand and trying to comfort her. He had spent his whole life training and honing his skills, just as she had taught him, but he never imagined a life without her.
One night, as Althea's condition worsened, she called Silas to her bedside. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes and said, "Silas, my son, I need to tell you something important. Something I should have told you a long time ago."
Silas leaned in, his heart racing. "What is it, mother?"
"I was hard on you, Silas, because of the circumstances of your birth," Althea said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Your father is Zemo, the Prince of the Moon Pack Kingdom. When his father found out about the affair between me and his son, he banished me from his kingdom and his son even denied me. I was left to raise you on my own, with no support or help from anyone if not for Alex that saved me."
Silas was stunned. He had always known that he was different, that he didn't belong in the pack, but he never knew why. He never knew the truth about his father.
Silas felt a surge of anger rising in his chest. His mother had been banished from her home, and he had grown up without a father, all because of his own father was a coward.
Silas felt a sense of determination wash over him. He would make his mother proud. He would become the strongest, the most skilled, the most powerful werewolf in the land, and he would take down Nobi and his pack, no matter what it took.
"Mother, I will make them pay for what they've done to us," he vowed.
Althea smiled weakly, her eyes shining with pride. "I know you will, my son. You have always been strong and determined, and I believe in you."
Althea smiled in pain, tears streaming down her face. "I love you, Silas," she whispered before she slept off.
Silas stayed with his mother throughout the night, holding her hand and listening to her stories. In the morning, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by love.
Silas was heartbroken, but he was also filled with a burning desire for revenge. He knew that he had to find his father and claim his birthright as a prince. He set out on a journey to discover the Moon pack kingdom and to confront the ones who had banished his mother including his cowardly father.
"I promise, mother," Silas said, his voice firm and resolute. "I will make them pay for what they did to us."
Silas stood up, his heart heavy with grief and determination. He knew what he had to do. He had to become the best, the strongest, and the most powerful werewolf in the land. He had to avenge his mother and restore her honor.
And he would stop at nothing until he accomplished his goal.
As Silas watched his mother take her last breath, he made a vow to her. He would avenge her death and make sure that those responsible paid for their crimes.
Silas trained harder than ever for the next two years, honing his skills as a warrior and a mage. He knew that he would need all his strength and magic to defeat the werewolf kingdom's army and claim his rightful place as prince.
Two years after his mum died, Silas packed his belongings as he left the small, humble cabin that had been their home, he knew that he was facing an uphill battle. The pack that had banished his mother was powerful, and they would stop at nothing to maintain their hold on the kingdom.
Silas took a deep breath and looked up at the full moon shining above him. He felt a surge of power within him, and he knew that he was ready to take on whatever lay ahead.
Little did he know, there were forces at work that he could not yet comprehend. Forces that would challenge everything he thought he knew about his past, his present, and his future.
As he walked into the darkness, Silas couldn't shake the feeling that something big was about to happen: something that would change everything. Then he saw Alex.
………………………………………………….
"Where do you think you're going, Silas?" Alex asked, his tone stern.
"I have to leave, Alex," Silas replied, his voice tinged with anger. "I have to find revenge for my mother’s death" he still hadn’t told Alex his true identity. His mother had instructed him not to.
“What do you mean revenge? Your mother died of natural causes. No one assassinated her. You’re just blinded by rage and trying to look for a victim.”
“Then it’s high time I left here and see what the world has for me” Silas was getting tired of going back and forth with this discussion. He needs to step out of his way.
"You can't leave," Alex growled, grabbing Silas by the arm. "You're my best man, my weapon. I can't afford to lose you."
Silas glared at Alex, his anger boiling over. "I'm not your weapon, Alex. I'm my own person. And I have to do this."
The two werewolves stood facing each other, tension mounting between them. Silas knew he had to get past Alex, but he didn't want to hurt him. Alex had been like a father to him, after all.
But Alex wasn't going to let Silas go without a fight. He lunged at Silas, his claws extended, and the two began to grapple. Silas was taken aback by the sudden attack, but he quickly recovered and fought back with all his might. Despite his anger, he knew he couldn't kill Alex. But he also knew he couldn't let him stop him from leaving. Despite Alex's experience and strength, Silas had grown even stronger than him, thanks to his intense training. And fueled by his anger, Silas fought back with a ferocity that surprised even him.
The fight was brutal, both of them using all their skills to try to gain the upper hand. But in the end, Silas was stronger, and he managed to knock Alex to the ground.
Breathless, Silas looked down at the injured werewolf. He knew he couldn't leave him there to die, but he also couldn't take him with him. Silas paused for a moment, looking at the man who had raised him and trained him. He felt a pang of guilt and regret, but his desire for revenge was stronger. With a heavy heart, Silas left Alex there and set out on his own, knowing he was now an enemy to the pack that had raised him.
“Go and make me proud Silas. Destroy Zemo” Alex shouted painfully as Silas left confused. Was he really pushing him to leave the pack all along? How did he know all along that he was Zemo’s illegitimate son?
Silas left without looking back as he set his journey to vengeance. All he thought about every single day for two years was more than a thousand ways to end the Zemo and all that he loved. But right now, his mind has been fixated on one master plan just like he did to his mother. Make him love him and stab him to the chest. This was a master plan but he didn’t know that this was just the beginning…
SILAS'S POV I was startled to see my twin in the Moon Pack kingdom. Beyond all reason, he should not be here.“Hello, brother. Do you miss me?”Saul repeated.“Oh, no! This is not real. I must be dreaming like before. This must be a bad bad dream.”I said, while holding my head as if trying to come out of an hallucination but I somehow, I know that this is different. This is real.“Oh, I promise you brother. This is not a dream. So, tell me. How have you been?”He asked me.“What are you doing here, Saul? Why did you have to kill these people?”I demanded him.“You know, let me give you a short background story so that maybe you will understand why I did what I did.”He started, even as he held our father hostage. I couldn't move an inch because I know that Saul must have gotten so powerful to be able to take down all these wolves all on his own. I can't trust myself to be able to rescue father before it was too late. I had no other choice than to indulge him.“When I got out of the
SILAS'S POV “Do you want me to tell you a secret, father?”I asked him as I moved closer to him.“Long before you met with Zen, I had already found a solution to my curse. The curse made me stronger and faster. Although I was out of control, but I found my way around it. I got to be better than I was father. And do you know why? It's because one day I was going to face you. And I was going to tell you that you are the reason why I am like this.”I said to him.“I want to ask you a question, son. Where is Saul? Where is your twin? Did he also agree to this madness?”He asked. “That is not your concern now. Your own concern should be how you are going die well.”I responded.Suddenly the door opened and I rushed to father's said and held him by the neck. Before he could move himself, I cautioned him.“There's a pin I'm holding close to your neck. It's called the devil's pin. I'm sure that you have heard of it before, right? Any sudden movement and I am it to your neck. This time, no c
SILAS'S POV “Grisha.”I called out to the chief's guard. He wanted to blatantly ignore me, but I kept on calling his name, irrespective. He got frustrated and turned to me.“Beta Silas, when someone does not respond to you, it clearly means that they want to have nothing to do with you.”He said to me, angrily.“I know that, but J really need to confirm something with you.”I said to him. It was obvious that I was not going to let him rest until I have spoken my mind to him, so he allowed me to talk.“What is it?”He asked me.“For how long was I gone for?”The expression on his face showed that he really think that there was something wrong with him.“What is wrong with you?”He asked me.“Would you believe me if I told you that I have no idea how long I was gone for? Would you believe if I told you that I was probably knocked out for most of my journey home?”I asked him.“I see that you always have the perfect excuse for every situation. You just need to thank the gods that the Al
SARA'S POV “So, what do you want to do? Is he going to be your new heir? Or will you just leave him be?”I asked my father as I closed my eyes. I don't even know what to think anymore.“I really do not know. I am scared.”He responded to me. I obviously did not expect that answer from him.“Well, that's the first.”I commented.“Yea.”My father responded. I shifted my gaze back to him.“I want to ask you a sincere question.”“I’m all ears.”“How long have you known that Silas was your son? And is that the reason why you were hell bent on trying to separate us from the onset?”When I asked the question, he shifted his body to face me too. I want to say that this is the closest time I have ever being intimate with my father. I can feel that he can tell me absolutely anything that I ask of him tonight with very little resistance.“I have never known or had the slightest idea that Silas was my son up until the day we got attacked by that creature. I have always felt like he was like a so
SARA'S POV As I moved closer to the infirmary and I was about to enter the entrance, I was accosted by one of the nurses that worked there. She looked very frantic and apprehensive. “What is it, Jane? I thought I asked you not to leave the Alpha's side for a minute. Why are you here?”I demanded from her. “I'm sorry, my princess, but you said that I should not leave the Alpha unless it is an emergency and I'm afraid this is an emergency.”She replied. I did not wait for her to complete her statement. I just pushed her aside and walked to the room where my father was staying and I could not help but be worried about what I would find there. The last time I left his side, there was almost no change in his condition at all and he had slipped back into coma after muttering Silas' name several times. What if he has given up the ghost? There will be a lot of unanswered questions. When I got to the room, instead of seeing an empty bed or father being covered in sheets, I saw him awake and
SILAS'S POV It felt so refreshing to always have a voice that you can communicate with back and forth. A voice that, although is quite aggressive, but will always have your best interest at heart. I will no longer deal with any form of quietness again. It felt oddly peaceful too. But I will get used to it as soon as possible.I looked around the springs of Zadia. The fountain where I drank from said that I would be hallucinating for days, so if this is real and I'm out of the hallucination phase, this would literally mean that I have spent way longer time than I intended to spend here. I needed to catch up.“Are you ready, wolf? I think I need to give you a name, don't you think?”I asked him.“Whatever you say.”“What kind of name do I give you..?”I was thinking, then I remembered the colour of my wolf. I loved how dark and shinny he was when I met him in the void. I know that I just had to give him a unique name. And I think I have just found the name!“I know what I will give you
