Justine looked excited to see Caramel. His face glowed as he continued to eye her interestingly, taking in her outfit. "You look really beautiful in that gown. He commented, dramatically twirling her around.
A slight gasp escaped my lips as I noticed the red gown she had on. It was mine and I had never worn it because I thought it was too bright for my taste. Watching her in it at the moment made me want to rip it off of her and tell him it belonged to me so he could praise me instead.
"Thank you, I got it from a very special someone." She placed her hand on her chest and turned to wink at me when she noticed he wasn't looking.
The little act from her warmed my heart and my brain wires were reconnected. I had to remember that Caramel was my sister, and one of my best friends. I had to control my jealousy and remember how much I loved her.
"Won't you let him in? Are you just going to keep your visitor standing over there?" I rolled my eyes at her.
"Oh no, we are good. My car is parked outside and if we do come in, I'll end up taking longer than I had expected to." He politely refused my offer, intertwining her fingers in his.
"Oh that is okay then." I smiled and tried to look away before I filled him in my fantasy and turned myself on.
"Justine! Don't you dare try leaving without eating some of my cookies." Becca yelled from the kitchen. I winced at her nonchalance. She was so free spirited and never minded embarrassing herself.
"Oh, so that's Becca." He chuckled. He could barely differentiate between Becca and I especially since we both had our hair blonde and cut. Caramel, he could always tell whether or not she had an hairstyle identical to ours.
"Becca, I'm saying hi." He called loud enough for her to hear. As if deciding it was rude for him to leave without seeing her, Becca walked into the living room taking off her cooking gloves.
"Why are you leaving so soon?" She frowned, coming close to him. "You have always loved my cookies, what is wrong now?" She asked, twitching her eyebrows and keeping her lips in an awkward position, the disappointment clearly written on her face.
"It is just Caramel and I have to-" He scratched the back of his neck, trying to find the perfect words to say. He hated to disappoint any member of Caramel's family.
"Come on Becca, let him alone." Our artificial redhead sister spoke in her boyfriend's defense. "We have places to be." She winked at him, failing at flirting.
Justine leaned his head forward while she moved hers upward. Their lips connected in a kiss and the action did things to my stomach that I didn't think were possible.
"Aww!" Becca grinned, blushing on their behalf while she pulled her phone out of her pocket, ignoring the flour stains on her hand. "Remain that way." She ordered them and took a quick snap.
"Text me that photo." Caramel beamed at Becca, rushing to her side to see the newly taken picture.
"You need to see how cute this is." Becca grinned, flashing her phone's screen in my direction. I forced a smile at her while my mind wandered to the many things those lips of his could do to me if they were between my thighs.
"Okay, it is time for us to leave." Justine announced. He was evidently growing impatient but he was trying to find the right shadow to hide it and make it seem like he could wait.
Caramel hurried to his side and waved us goodbye. "I'll see you two tomorrow. I'll be back before mom and dad come home." She informed us, tagging along with her boyfriend.
"Don't get pregnant." Becca warned, moving to shut the door behind them.
"I will remember not to." Caramel called back and disappeared from sight with Justine behind her.
"Aren't they just the cutest couple?" Becca asked me, her face fixed in a smile as she strode back into the kitchen while I trailed behind her. "They are my couple goals."
"They are mine too." I admitted with a sigh. I needed a therapist to help me get over Justine. It was dangerous to my mental health and Caramel would never forgive me if she found out my secret love was none other than her boyfriend.
"Well you already have a boyfriend. I'm single and searching." She put the gloves back on and moved to see the baking progress. "Nobody would even look at me. What do you guys do that I don't? We literally look like the same person!" She waved her hands dramatically in air, earning a chuckle from me.
Sam was a good man but he was my distraction. I had only said yes to his offer that I became his girlfriend because I wanted nothing more than a distraction from my attraction with Justine. It turned out useless, only making me crave more of the great guy everyday.
"Justine and Caramel will be here tomorrow to help us prepare for mom and dad's arrival." Becca said, opening the refrigerator and pulling out a carton of milk. She filled its content into two glasses and handed one to me.
Our parents had been in Australia for a business trip in the last month and were finally returning tomorrow.
That meant I would see more of Justine. I wished dearly that he would find a reason to leave my sister and focus on me and nothing more. I jumped off the counter and gulped down the milk she had offered me.
"Thank you." I appreciated her effort. I knew my wish could only remain in my imagination. I sighed and charged towards the stairs, ready to leave for my bedroom so I could do what I knew was best to relieve me of stress at times like this.
"Where are you going?" Becca curbed an eyebrow at me.
"Let us say," I smirked at her. "To warm up." I knew she didn't get my message and so I left her presence regardless. I was going to get solo satisfaction with a picture of Justine.
Furious knocking of the door downstairs made me frown as it woke me from my sleep. It was the next day and I was exhausted from having such little sleep. "Becca, get the fucking door." I groaned, wishing my sister would let whoever it was stop bothering me.The knocking intensified and I had to pick my pillow, place it over my head to shut the disturbance out. "Ugh!" It was no progress and so I gave up and stood to my feet, ready to tear Becca apart once I found her. Becca and I shared a room. Caramel had moved out when she got in a relationship with Justine and especially since he stayed over a lot, she wanted to be able to have a private time with him.It didn't help with my wanting to permanently get him off my mind.I opened the bedroom door and stormed angrily down the stairs. I made my way for the main door and frowned at the innocent way it stood in its hinges.I turned the key twice,
"Ally!" I heard Caramel's voice jolt me out of the action I was about to take. I flinched in fear and moved out of Justine's grip. My heart began to race fast, had she seen me attempt to kiss him?"We heard screaming, what happened?" She moved closer to me, relief written on my face as she did. That meant she had not noticed what I was doing. Becca ran out of the house, a spatula in her hand, she had come to scrutinize as well."I fell off the ladder." I swallowed, catching my breathe. "Oh my God, are you okay?" She placed her hands on my shoulders, scanning me from head to toe with her eyes. "How did this even happen?" She gasped.Becca stood by the door and placed one hand on her waist. "Uh, who would have thought you would fail terribly at something that isn't the kitchen?" She teased."You are a bitch, I hope you know this." I rolled my eyes at her and shook my shoulders gently to get Caramel's
Both of them shot their heads in my direction while I stared wide eyed at them. "Shit!" Caramel cussed. Her hand and knees were on the floor and he had been riding her from behind. The image was hilarious, I would have laughed if it was the right time to.I turned around quickly and left them to get themselves in order. "I'm so sorry. Becca wanted me to get you guys downstairs so you both could help with planning for our parents' arrival." I gulped, explaining to them. "If you'd finish up faster, we will be downstairs." I said and turned to leave. I tried to catch a glimpse of Justine's manhood from the corner of my eyes but failed wholly at that. I walked out of the bedroom and shut the door behind me. "I thought you said you had closed the door!" I heard Caramel scold him."I thought you had closed the door." He retorted in his defense. I shook my head at them and returned downstairs.Becca was standing with her
I pulled away from Justine and cleared my throat. The family had their attention on me, and I almost laughed at how Justine looked like he had committed a crime.Caramel stood to her feet and hurried to stand by our sides. "Are you okay?" She asked me with doubting eyes, clutching Justine's hand in hers."I'm fine." I cleared my throat a second time."Since Justine is my guest. He can have my seat. It is fine, really." She said with a straight face and led him to where she had been seated."Nonsense, I'm more of family than guest, I really am not-" Justine started to say, trying to get Caramel to keep her seat until Becca cut him off."While you two are playing lovebirds, there is a stool in the living room and Ally can sit on it, since she was not fast enough to get a chair." She rolled her eyes and proceeded to grab the said stool from the living room."Becca is right. I
I looked away from him and pretended to listen to the professor who was still engrossed in calling out names. How could she have paired me with a man I was trying so bad to avoid?Once she was done with calling out the names, she started to give instructions and filled us on the details of the project. "The history of literature, like I said wouldeither cost, or gain you thirty percent of your grades." She began."By the end of the semester, you will turn in your researches using a specific person of impact in the progress of literature today. That means, you have so much time on your hands, and I expect each and everyone of you to use their time wisely." She said. All I could think about was how I could manage to control myself around him. How would I survive without ripping his shirt off, and taking him in. It was all too much for me to bear."Now that is said and done, we shall begin with the day's activiti
"What?" There was no hiding my surprise at his words. I thought my ears were sinking me in deception. I hurried to stand in front of him to find answers to my questions."What happened?" I pushed further. I was in love with him, but I would never want their relationship to break apart."It just happened, and I don't know-" he sounded like he was lost on what to say, or do and so I shook my head at him."Save it, you don't have to force yourself to talk now. Let us get in the car, and you can explain it all to me. The rain could catch up with us if we aren't careful." I was surprised and I was almost sure his words were nothing but a random joke to get at me.He sighed in frustration but opened the door and nodded in my direction so I understood he wanted me to go inside the car with him.I went to the passenger side and waited for his explanation. "Okay, go ahead, speak." I said impatiently, maintai
By the time we arrived in front of our house. The rain had begun to pour in an unfriendly, torrential downpour. I was admittedly afraid to alight the vehicle as I feared getting wet. It was not enough that the rain was going to drench me, but it could come with the price of a cold and I was not ready to pay for it.Justine pulled into our parking lot and waited for me to get out of my seat belt before speaking. "I have an umbrella in the trunk but it is sized for only one person.""Then you can have it, I'm good. It's only a thirty seconds walk to the door." I shrugged, proceeding to open the car door and exit."What are you doing?" He stopped my movement, gently grabbing my wrist and halting my actions.I stared interestingly between his grip and him, deciding to blame the goosebumps on the chills from outside. "I'm heading outside?" I called in an unsure tone."Are you kidding right now?" He narrowed his eye
"How long have you known Justine?" I began, staring directly into her orbs."Why is that an important question?" She furrowed her eyebrows, letting go of the pillow she had held to her chest."Just answer me." I ignored her annoyance and continued with my statement."It's been over a year." She reluctantly provided, rolling her eyes at me. She must have found my question irrelevant but I was headed to a destination."A year is a long time to know a person, I'm certain that deep down, you have a feeling he has done nothing wrong but that strong part of you chooses to believe he has only done the wrong thing." I said to her. She put her lips in a pout."You should not let terrible friends influence you. Justine is a really hot guy," I paused to swallow the lump that had grown in my throat. "And basically every girl wants him. You know better than everyone that you are really lucky. Who knows how many
Justine seemed like he had been carried away when he said the words and so shook his head in disbelief, yelling my name after me. "Ally, wait!" He called.I did not wait, nor did I stop running. I began to cry automatically. I should have known there would be negative consequences for being with him. I was waiting for it, not in this form but I had expected it t
It was almost six in the evening. Sam and I were back from the hospital. I had made sure he went through the proper examination and that his ailment was diagnosed before we came back to his condo. Thankfully, he was not stuck in a situation so worse that he was unable to return to his base. Upon my arrival at his place and seeing him so inactive, I had expected him to be hospitalized but he took me by surprise, still standing tall to his feet, a lot more strengthened than previously. The doctor had administered some pills that would ease his pain and commit him to healing as soon as he could keep up with dedication. I was trying my best not to be judgemental about his situation but he looked like the kind of person that did not believe in pills. I was almost certain he would stop taking them as soon as he thought he felt better, not when the doctor had ordered.
BeccaI picked a book from my school bag, ready to dive into the knowledge that came with school. I picked my phone up to set it to vibrate so there would be no distractions from people while I chose to study. Whilst taking the action, a surprising phone call came in, causing me to furrow my eyebrows suspiciously. It was from Sam, my sister's previous boyfriend."What's up?" I rhetorically directed before putting the phone up to my ear and answering it."Becca?" He called in a choking voice. That instantly got me to feel worried."Sam? Is everything okay?" I needed to know, crossing my leg over the other and bracing myself for some bad news as even from the sound of h
"Call us when you need anything." My mother made sure to warn as soon as I was at the dorm once more. I rolled my eyes for the umpteenth time but nodded in understanding."Sure mom, I pretty much heard you the first one hundred times." I teased, placing my bag filled with healthy food items my mother had forced me to take with me."You have to call me a lot more often so I can keep updating, promise me that." She pleaded with me."I assure you I will try my best." I said, even being aware I was not willing to constantly phone her and keep her updated on my life."Bye dear." My mother waved me off and I watched her leave down the hall before raising my head to the hall
"What?" Becca was the first to break the silence in the room. I noticed the smug look on Caramel's face as she shut her eyes tight. She was trying her best to contain her emotions, that was evident."What do you mean you are pregnant? My mother added in a faint voice.I swallowed, they had still been unable to decide on how to react to the words I had told them."It's true." I stood to my feet, sighing on the words, "the doctor said that today while I was at the hospital.""Wow," Caramel stood up after me, "that means you two were already involved in each other even before I identified as bisexual?" She felt hurt.
Ally"Wait!" Justine continued to call behind me. I had no particular destination I was headed but I went straight for it. For some reason, it felt safer to leave the premises to go ahead and think about it.Justine increased his pace and eventually managed to catch up with me. "Ally." He grabbed my arm from behind.I spun around to meet his gaze. I wanted to know what he had to say to this matter but instead of talking, he faced me in the same manner. It was as if he was expecting the same from me."I can't have a child now. My life is ruined." I began to sob.He held me at arms length. "Why? What e
"Pregnant?" I repeated after the doctor. I was sure I had heard him wrong. "Excuse me?" I alarmed, afraid to face the words I had just heard. I could feel myself getting choked up by the air around me. It was eerie. I hoped the doctor would claim his words were a joke, else I braced myself for another round of unhealthy unconsciousness."Yes, ma-am, you are..." he could already tell that I was not taking the news well because he had his doubts with containing enthusiasm in his voice on my behalf."No!" I screamed, turning to look at Justine. It was barely even a week since I had unprotected sex with Justine at the party but I never hoped thought that it could lead to having to carry his child. It was not my first time having risky sex and none of them ever resulted in pregnancy.
"Who is that?" Sam let go of Caramel, his personal fear setting in from the effect of the shock that followed the sudden intrusion of what he must have tagged an unknown presence."Caramel, I give you the count of three. Don't make me do something as funny as call the cops on you." Justine sounded so determined. For my state of mind, I would have been particularly interested in screaming his name but I was weaker than a day old child and I felt as if all the blood that flowed through my veins had been drained."How did he get here?" She began to panic, pacing around the room. "This is bad." She declared. They were clearly not professional enough and hence risked getting caught whether or not they tried to avoid it."Who the heck is he?
"You do?" Hazel sounded relieved, yet bothered at the same time. I nodded in affirmation. "There is one place Caramel would go that no one else in the world would and if my statistics are right, that is affirmative where she is." I told her, turning around to the passenger side of the car, hoping both women would follow me into her car while we went on the search for Ally."Are you suggesting that we left for there?!" Hazel was alarmed, staring at me in utter disbelief."Why not?" I narrowed my eyes between them both seeing as Ride looked like she was against my opinion as well."If this has to with the cops, let us get there first and confirm. Knowing Cara, she is a
