Two days have passed and I am discharged today. I am following Rose to her house for the meantime before their Alpha will return next week and pass a judgment on me. The Beta kept to his words and sent two guards to follow me.

As soon as I left the hospital, I gazed at how beautiful their city was. Their streets were so clean and their buildings were beautiful.

“ lovely isn’t it? Rose asked when she saw my reaction. ``Wait until you see the Alpha’s house.

Rose house is ten minutes walk from the hospital and till we reached it, I couldn’t stand looking from left to right, still overwhelmed with how beautiful everything was. Never in my eighteen years of life have I seen such beauty.

We came in front of a beautiful one story White House. The house was done in a contemporary design with tall glass windows.

“You guys can leave now, if there is any problem, I will give you a call.” Rose turned and addressed the two warriors that were following them. I have totally forgotten about them. They both nodded at Rose and made their way to God knows where

“Well welcome to my humble space!” Rose said as she made her way to the door. “ come in” she beacon on me.

I made my way into the house after her. If I had thought the house's exterior was beautiful, then there was no word to describe the interior. The walls and furniture were all made up white and dark ash. Beautiful artistic paintings were hung all over the walls. The staircase handle was also made from glass. This pack must have love glass. Most of their buildings were made of glass.

“My love!” A handsome man rushed down from the stairs and pulled Rose into a hug. Next, he pulled her in for a long french kiss. I didn’t think he noticed me at all. I blushed as I looked at them. This must be a daily occurrence for them because Rose wrapped her hands around the man’s and kissed him back passionately .

I stood there like a moron watching them kiss. It was actually starting to get awkward.

After a minute or so, Rose pulled back gently. I guess she must have remembered that I was there.

“John, this is Sophia, the girl told you about it!”

“Sophia, my wonderful mate John”. Rose did the introduction.

“Hey, nice to meet, Rose has told me things about. Sorry you have to witness our display of affection, I didn’t see you there”. John said as he held out his hand for a handshake.

“ Nice meeting too” I said as I shaked him. I looked up at his face and took a good look at him for the first time. He needed to be a handsome man. Life wasn’t fair at all I thought. How can fine people end up together? Who is going to mate the ugly ones then?

Though I was very happy for Rose that she has someone like John as her mate. I always prayed for a good and understanding mate.

“Follow me, let me show you your room.” Rose said as she made her way up the stairs. I followed her stiffly trying not to touch anything. Everything here seems so expensive and I didn’t want to break anything. Not that I have the money to pay for it. They were already being nice in letting me stay at their place already. I don’t want to cause any problems for them.

“Here's your room!”

I looked around the room, it was painted ash with a queen size bed in the middle, a wardrobe on the left hand side and next to it was a door that I guessed leads to the toilet.

“Well then, I will leave to freshen up and get some rest. You can come down for dinner in the next two hours!”. Rose said and without waiting for me to answer, she left.

“Well that's because she is in a hurry to go and continue what she and her mate started.” Aliyah answered in my head.

Without replying, I went into the bathroom to take my bath. I thank the heavens that their shower has a hit water channel because I can’t withstand cold water. I know that werewolves have the ability to warm themselves but am an omega, am not strong enough to do so. I took my bath and wrapped the towel I found in the toilet around my body. After applying my body lotion, I decided to lay down after taking a rest before the time of dinner.

After an hour and forty minutes, I woke up and decided to get ready for dinner. The only problem is that the only clothes I have with me is the one Rose gave me earlier on to put on before leaving the hospital. I didn’t want to repeat the same cloth but I had no choice so I reluctantly wore it.

I made my way down stairs and saw Rose and Her mate going all lovey dovey on each other. After standing for about five minutes without any of them noticing me, I decided to clear my throat. They both gave a little space away from each other and then turned to look at me.

“O! Sorry Sophia, we didn't notice that we had an audience. I hope you haven’t stood there for long?”. Rose asked. she was still blushing and embarrassed to be caught in an intimate moment. But she had nothing to be embarrassed for, the werewolves out of all the creatures were known to be the most romantic and loving. They always like to show how much they love and how possessive they are about their mates.

“No, it’s fine I just got here” I answered her.

“Okay that nice, but why are you still wearing the clothes you had on earlier? Don’t.. she didn’t continue and her eyes widened as if she remembered something.

“O my god am sorry, I forgot to get you extra clothes. I promise to go shopping for you tomorrow but for now let me get you something to wear. John, why don’t you set the table as I go get Sophia a new set of clothes to wear.” Rose said as she dragged me upstairs.

“Wait for me in your room, let me see if I have anything that can suit you.”

I went into the room and Rose came back with a pair of black sweatpants and a white t-shirt.

“I hope you can manage this, it’s new, I haven't ever worn it. I will buy you some clothes tomorrow morning”. Rose handed me the clothes. “Quick wear them and make sure you come down for dinner”. And then she left me alone.

I took the clothes and wore them. It was a little bit big for me but I guess I have to manage it. After all there is a saying that says; “a beggar has no choice”. And right now the difference between me and a beggar, wasn’t that much.

I went down and said that the dinner was already set and they were waiting for me. I sat and we said grace and then dug in. I can’t actually remember the last time I sat to eat at the table. My parents could not stand eating together with a disgrace like me as they always say. I often eat what is left of what they have eaten and sometimes when they don't have any left, I go to bed that day with no food. My eyes tear up as I remember the bitter memory.

“Hey Sophia, don’t you like the food? If you do it we can make you something else. You are not eating”. John said, looking at them with a concerned expression.

“No it's fine , don't mind me!” I answered and I began to eat again. I didn't notice that I was eating. The last thing I wanted was for them to feel like I wasn’t grateful. Because I was, I have met Rose for less than a week but she has treated me with so much kindness that my parents whom I have lived with for eighteen years have not shown me.

After eating dinner, I volunteered to wash the dishes even though Rose and John didn’t agree at first but I insisted. After I was done with the dishes, I wished them a good night and went to sleep.

That night, I dreamt that I found my mate.
