Chapter 33: In a Different League

Later, Gabriel hugged Rosalind, and her back touched his chest. They discussed nothing else until Rosalind was asleep. The next day, when she awoke, he wasn’t in the bedroom. She sat on the bed alone and wondered if she said something to offend him.
