Chapter 20~ Valerie's POV

On the following morning, after a long night from last night, I woke up early and got ready in time, as I knew Dante would be here soon.

I went to my kitchen, and I prepared breakfast, instantly, I got done, a knock was heard at my door, and opening it my doubts were right as it was none other than Dante.

"Good morning Dante," I greeted with a smile on my face.

"Good morning Valerie, may I come in," He requested of me.

"Of course," I permitted, allowing him to enter my apartment.

"Would you like some breakfast, it's homemade," I offered.

But I saw the reluctance in his demeanor so I said, "Do not be fright, I am a great cook learned it from my mom,"

He busted into laughter at my words and so he agreed, "Alright then,"

So I took him to the dining room and I pulled out a chair for him to have a seat.
