Xavier’s POV

The woman in red dress

I came to visit the lounge to supervise, I decided to go to the bar to relax for a while and have a drink. It's been a tiring week, I had many meetings, and clients to negotiate with. I’ve been managing our business for almost 6 years. My family owns the winery corporation and hotels. XM-Alejandrino lounge is one of the famous hotels in the country. We export wines all over the globe, I assure you that our products are safe and quality. My parents decided to pass me the company at the age of 20 because they’re getting old and live abroad. I visit them during the holidays. I accepted the company cause I know I’m their only heir, even though I had lots of pressure managing it.

I stepped inside and looked around the place, my eyes caught a girl sitting at the chair next to the counter, drinking a glass of wine alone. Many men are trying to flirt with her but she refused all of them, which makes me smile.

Interesting, she’s something! She’s wearing a red off-shoulder romper dress, thigh length, she looked so sexy in her clothes. Her hair was flip to her right shoulder. She continued drinking alone, I walked on through her way but I stopped when I saw a familiar face coming from afar.

It was - - my ex, Julia Brooke, I broke up with her a few years ago. I don’t know why she’s always showing up in different places. Our eyes met, I got goosebumps the moment I saw her.

I turned around and run through the dance floor, I mixed into the crowded people just to escape from her. “Xaaaaavier, I miss youuuuuuu.” I heard her shouted and run after me, yes! I was hiding from her cause she’s always making a scene every time we met, the last time we met she rudely came to my office wearing only a bikini and tried to seduce me in front of the board members

Many girls were dancing around me, squeezing their bodies to mine. I slid my hand inside my pocket and texted my friend while pretending to dance to them.

To Sky:

Bro helped me out! I’m at the lounge bar, Julia’s here.

 I managed to get out from the dance floor, my feet brought me to the woman at the counter. I stand firmly, I fixed my clothes.

I want to catch her attention in my own way, but I’ve seen Julia at the corner of my eye I have no choice but to grab the right arm of this woman, which the reason for her to stand. She was shocked facing me, I can see her clearly, she’s gorgeous, tall, sexy, has a pair of brown chinky eyes, has tan skin, kissable lips, and ash gray curly hair.

I smiled seductively at her but she frowned at me and pouted her lips, she looks so adorable. I slowly move my head closer to her face and grabbed her other arm.

                                                                                       

“What the hell are trying to do? Don’t TOUCH me.” She shouted angrily at me but I ignore her.

I kissed her lips forcedly, her eyes widened, she’s still in a state of shock, so cute. I suck her lower lip and closed my eyes.  Her lips taste sweet. I slowly moved my hands down to her waist, wrapped my hand tightly around her waist, and put my other arm is at the back of her neck.

She tried to push me, punching my chest weakly, and she stopped. Maybe she realized she can’t escape from me. Haha! I continued kissing her passionately and she unconsciously kisses me back.

“Whooooooa! Xavee, get a room!” Sky shouted at us. I stop and separated from her upon hearing the voice of Sky. I stared at the place where he’s standing and I saw Julia, again? Uh-oh, she’s standing next to him.  

This time Julia looks serious walking towards us, she pulled the girl closely to her and - - slap her very hard. The girl looks puzzled staring at Julia while holding her reddish cheek, a tear slowly rolls over her face. “You slut! Why are you flirting my BOYFRIEND?!” she accused, pointing her index finger to the girl, all the people stop from dancing and looked in our direction.

I felt a pang of guilt, I pulled and cover her at my back “Julia, STOP this. Were OVER, you’re crazy” I told her coldly and gave a glare at the girl at my back she’s crying. What have I done?

I noticed that many people were looking at us, then a beautiful lady came to the girl I kissed.

“Mia, what happened?” she asked worriedly and touched the chin of the girl to rise “I-I-I” she stuttered then the lady hugged her “everything will be okay, huh? Don't worry, you have me. Let’s go home now” she advised her and walk out of the lounge.

So, Mia is her name. I gesture the people to continue having fun and they followed. The DJ played the music and everyone gathered at the dance floor.

“Sky, let’s go.” I said, “Xav’s, what was happened just now?” he asked as he tapped my shoulder “You have to explain it to me, damn! Those girls are a goddess and --” he said and chuckled, I glanced at him telling him to shut up his mouth then, we walked out of the place.

I actually felt guilty for the girl, she doesn’t deserve to be a slap. It should be me, I’d better apologize to her if ever we meet, again. 

“looked very familiar” he whispered as he bowed his head, his voice suddenly changed into sadness.

“Do you - - know them?” I asked intrigued, he nods at me. We headed to the parking lot, I open the door of my car “She’s my batchmate” I heard him say and went through his car and left.

Who is he talking about? Is it the girl I kissed or the other one? Ah! Nevermind.
