AUTHOR'S POV

The lovebirds watched an emotion cross over Belinda's face at their interlocked hands, and she raised her head high.

" I thought that it would be best, I left." She replied, looking so dejected and small in that moment.

All the animosity Zeta ever felt towards her vanished in an instant.

" You don't have to leave yet." She said, and Belinda attempted to kneel.

" No, don't do that." Zeta said, and rushed to her.

" Hey, it's okay." She pat her on the back, and instructed a maid to return Belinda's luggage.

Zeta shot him a glare as he shrugged. Damien watched the duo. Left for him, he wouldn't mind if she left or maybe rented another house for her. At least that would cause peace to reign.

Although, he saw the sincerity in Belinda's eyes, he couldn't help but feel like she has an ulterior motive.

" Return to your duty." He told the guard and maid who watched the scene so intently.

Returning to his office, he checked his phone, he had two missed calls.
