The man who kidnapped Serena didn't think about turning off Serena's phone. He believed that by controlling her phone, she wouldn't be able to call the police.

Serena remained silent throughout, her palms sweaty.

The car was clearly speeding, and the scenery outside quickly retreated. She suddenly wished this road would never end, at least then the man might not stop and harm her.

The car halted in front of an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts. He holding a dagger, got out and walked to the back, staring menacingly at Serena. "Get out!"

Serena pursed her lips, not daring to make any movements.

The man impatiently reached out and pulled her down.

The man grabbed her and brought her into the warehouse.
