A Breakthrough finally

Anna’s POV

“You won’t do that. I know you. You are just bluffing!” Charlotte exclaimed. This made me start laughing. I was all natural now. I was no more nervous. I fitted perfectly into this role. In my mind, I had determined to cut off William’s fingers truly if Charlotte didn’t confess. This might be the worst act of my life but I wouldn’t care.

“You need to make a choice…” I told her carefully. “I will never force you against your will. I plan on releasing both of you after everything is sorted out. You can choose to be with a man with just a few marks made on his back with the whip or you can choose a bloodily battered man. There is also an option for a man with no fingers and a man who is castrated and finger-less. The choice is always yours to make. Trust me!”

“You won’t cut off his fingers…” Charlotte told me shortly. She seemed to disbelieve me in this regard. I started to laugh now.
