Amanda's  pov

He stopped and took his hands away from my zipper.

"So you won't feel hot inside.. "He muttered and I nodded.

So thoughtful of him.

An awkward silence took over the living room. I think everyone noticed it and began stealing glances at one another.

"Why... Why don't we do something fun till the electricity is back on. "Richard  said and I was quite suprised it came from him.

"Then let's play truth or dare! "Ruth said excitedly.

"That's childish Ruth .. "Richard  breath out.

"Then let's play d!rty. "Ruth suggested.

I smiled inwardly. Ruth is just having false hope, Richard  would never agree to that.

"I'll start. "Richard said and my jaw dropped.

Did I hear right??

"Amanda's, truth or dare? "He asked but not looking at me.

I gulped and just wanted to play innocent for now.

"T.. Truth. "

"Good, Who is the father of your unborn child? "He asked.

What sort of question is that... Why are does he want to know anyway?? '

Oh, I shouldn't have told him am pregnant but that was what crossed my mind.

"His name is... Emma. "I said without hesitation.

"Alright, ask me Ruth . "He said.

"Truth or dare sir? "She asked.

"T. "Richard  replied.

"Okay, when last did you have a hard on and who made you to? "She asked and I blinked rapidly. Ruth can be this bad??

Richard  chuckled softly and scratched the back of his hair.

"Nothing but the truth sir... "Ruth cooed grinning.

Richard  took a while before he said :

"Last night, Amanda . "

I thought of what to say... Anything at all.

I looked up and my eyes locked with Richard , he was staring at me.

"Sounds sweet. But also give him a blow job, that's best. "Ruth said and I closed my ears with my palms.

The game went on and we played it for some minutes more.

It was my turn again...

I thought of a really tricky question.

"Are you still crazy over your ex? "I asked Richard .

His expression was beyond words.

He was angry, shocked and...

I ran out of words.

Immediately, the lights came on. Hew! They fixed it already.

Richard  grabbed his coat and stood up, leaving for the stairs. I stood up too shocked and upset with the way he was reacting. I turned to the workers.

"Good night everyone. "I murmured and went upstairs.

I went into my room feeling cramped up with what happened earlier.

Richard must hate me now.

... For bringing up stuff about his ex??

I found myself in the bathroom minutes later.

I had a bath before brushing my teeth for bed. I jumped into my pajamas.

I then slumped on my bed. Am not happy at all

All I wanna do is just to be with Richard ... Apologizing of course.

I went into his room and knocked on his door. I didn't get any response but I went in anyway.

I heard some noise of water running from the shower. He was bathing.

I looked around his big spacious bedroom. I liked it.

So manly and orderly.

I loved the arrangements and paintings by the wall.

I was starting to feel sleepy but it wore off the moment the door of the bathroom opened and Richard  came out in a white towel round his waist.

Our eyes met and he had an 'I don't want to see your face look '.

I hope things are cool between us soon.

"There's no ghost Amanda , go to bed. "He said sternly and I frowned. I walked to where he was and stood before him.

"Its not about the ghost Richard  and you know it. "I said.

He looked down slightly..

"Am sorry for bringing up your ex into the game, forgive me... "I said.

He scoffed and rubbed his nose before looking at me.

"Forget about it. "He said and walked past me.

I walked after him.

"Am sorry Richard. "I said. "I really am... "

Before I could say 'Rich  ', he turned in a snap and took my l!ps into his and m0aned softly. He held my wa!st as he did so.

He suddenly stopped and disengaged from the k*ss.

I looked into his face and he looked Perplexed- Totally confused.

"Please go. "He said.

I walked away but not without giving him one last glance.

I retired to my room and jumped on my bed. I tucked myself in, had my prayers and slept off.

I woke up when my phone rang loudly blasting my ear drums. I had kept it beside me last night.

I checked the caller ID... It was my manager, the one that sent me here.

I cleared my voice so I won't sound like I had just woken up.

I received the call and placed ot on my ear.

"Good morning mr... "

"Amanda Ezeh! "He interpolated and I sighed.

"Yes sir... "

"Its been three days and we haven't heard from you, what's going on?! "He asked probably pissed off.

"Am sorry sir... He's just too... Busy. "I said.

"Too busy?? Have he taken a look at the documents? "He asked.

"Uh... No... Yes. 'I stuttered. "I really don't know sir. He has been with the document ever since. "

"Listen to me Amanda , Get his Finger prints  before this week runs out or you're as good as gone! Do anything.. Anything at all, even se.duce him to the core, as long as he signs it. You have only 4 days Amanda  "He yelled into the phone.

"Have I made myself clear?! "

"Yes sir.. "I replied.

He disconnected. I dropped the phone on my desk.

What do I do now...

I can't se.duce him, I told him am pregn@nt.

I have to persuade him indirectly and I think I have a plan.

I rushed into the bathroom and had a bath, brushing my teeth as well.

I was done wearing my clothes when a knock came on the door.

Hope its not Richard ...

I can't bear seeing him right now. I still have my plans to carry out.

i went over to the door and opened it. Hew! It was Ruth.

She walked in with a paper in her hand. I joined her where she stood beside my bed.

"Good morning Miss Amanda . "She said.

I smiled.

"No need to get all formal Ruth. Not after the game last night. "

She chuckled.

"Everyone's got a bad and dirty side. "She said.

"So, what brings you here? "I asked her wondering what was written on the paper.

"Its a list Amanda. Mr Richard wants you to escort his driver to the mall and buy some groceries and food stuffs. We are already running very low in food items... Well, the whole list are on the paper. "She said.

"Hold on, why do I have to go? Can't you and his driver do it alone?? "I asked.

"Actually, its Miss Rose, His ex girlfriend that does this things. But since she's no longer here... "Ruth  said.

I scoffed.

But am not his girlfriend 

He insisted you do the shopping 

I felt grumpy.

Why didn't Richard  come over to tell me himself?

Was he scared of the k*ss that occurred last night?

What ever is his reasons... He has to bring down his ego.

I snatched the list from Ruth's hands. Looking down at the whole things to buy,  it was really a lot of bills 

"The driver is waiting... Here's the ATM card. pin 5665 "She said and handed it to me.

I took it and left the room with Ruth  walking behind me.

I checked the time on my phone, its 9am. If am back early, I will have time to execute my plan.

I met the driver standing close to the Ford Ranger truck like it was his. He opened the car door for me and i entered. He entered too and we drove off with a steady speed.

In no time, we were at the Mall. The driver and I alit and we walked in.

I sat on the floor smoking.

My thoughts were limitless.

I never planned on cheating on Rose though she cheated on me.

I k*ssed Amanda  and I regret it... She has to go!

💫Amanda's pov💫

We were done buying the groceries and to food items. I stood by the counter paying for it while the driver carried it to the car with the help of a security guy at the mall.

Suddenly, a guy came over standing so close to me immediately I put back to ATM at my bag , he grabbed it and ran away.

I panicked running after him. My special bag with Richard ATM and my phone  I spent my two months salary on buying. I kept chasing the thief but unfortunately, he fell into a crowd and I lost all hope of finding him.

I didn't see him again. Tears were already falling down on my cheeks like a water fall. I was crying.

Next thing I knew, the Driver showed up taking my arm.

"Let's go ma'am. "He said.

I refused taking my hand away from his.

"My bag and phone with Oga's ATM card has been  stolen... "I said crying.

The driver tried so much to get me to follow him but I wasn't willing to.

I started sobbing as I sat on the bare floor with my knees facing up.

How can someone be so cruel to steal from me...?

The driver left me for a while but i didn't care.

The pain was too much. My lovely phone.. With the videos and pictures....

Am so not going home today!

I kept sobbing quietly till God knows when.

"Get your A$$ off the floor right now! "I heard a male voice say with much order in his voice... I looked up.. If it isn't..... Richard ?!!
