"If anything goes wrong in my body, I will sniff the life out of that bitch! And why the heck is J Jones keeping me waiting!" I yelled impatiently into the quiet room.

Whilst my guards were outside, I was alone in my private ward waiting to be checked by my doctor. The ward was specifically designed for me. I only visited whenever I needed to and when I was not there, no one dared to use it.

Just like Jones heard me, he walked in with a bright smile and I wondered if he ever had a bad day in his life, he was always smiling. He would smile even when someone's heart had just been poked out fiercely.

He had been a good friend and one of the best surgeons around, of course with some perks of the mafia, no one worked in my estate without minimum combatant training.
