You are entering an alternate world, where the Philippines didn't achieve its independence but remained a US colony. You will meet four people living in Neo Manila, where the government is repressive, prohibited drugs are legal, and crime is rampant. C’est un discours pour le moins intrigant que tient le directeur adjoint de l’Organisation à Allyn, après lui avoir fortement conseillé de le suivre dans un lieu mystérieux.
D’après lui, Allyn possèderait le même don qu’Axel, son frère défunt, à savoir celui de circuler dans un monde parallèle… mais dans quel but ?
Tout cela la laisse perplexe. Même si depuis deux mois elle vit une situation pour le moins surprenante, ce n’est pas pour autant qu’elle va croire en ce genre de chose.
