What inspired you to write One Promise? You see, when I was young, life was tough. I grew up with a broken family. I never felt the love I wanted all my life. I've always love reading. That's when I found my new comfort through writing. Then I held on to it because it gave me hope. It gave me another way to ease my broken self cause I needed to. Just when I thought I already hit rock bottom with all these pain I felt ever since I was a kid, God must've still felt the need to push me more by leaving me with a monstrous dad but I saw how God changes him. So I wrote this story for my dad.

She wears the clothes she wants because she is comfortable with it. She is surrounded by many man and female friends. The reason why she is often fighting and insulted by her fellow women is because of their jealousy. Heart Poena Nazario, the lady with the silver spoon. She will do whatever it takes to get what she wants even by hook or crook. In a single blink of an eye, she achieves anything she desires, be it luxury, money, or anything else. However, it is accurate to say that not everyone can achieve their goals, even those who were born into wealthy families. Nobody is ever going to succeed without exerting a lot of effort. There is someone who is genuinely destined to upend and rock our world. Heart came across a person she was prepared to worship. She is so stunning and alluring that she can make a guy like her with the simple click of a finger, but this man named Magen treats her poorly. Because of her love for him so much, she entered into the situation of being in a secret relationship with Magen with the fact that Magen was in love with another woman. This man himself hated her presence. Kahit paghinga niya ay mukhang kinamumuhian nito. That is life, everyone will experience unfairness.

Nagbago ang pananamit niya, ang kanyang pagkilos, at ang dating inosenteng mukha ay napalitan ng aurang kaakit-akit. Subalit isa na lang ang kulang—she doesn’t know how to kiss. That alone was her big problem! Paniguradong madi-disappoint si Jester oras na malaman nitong hindi siya marunong humalik. Isa lang ang alam niyang makapagtuturo sa kanya. That was her best friend—si Matt. Pumayag naman ito. Matt was like a devoted teacher who taught her how to kiss just right. Oh, so right… Ngunit may hindi siya napaghandaan. Bakit tila bigla yatang naglaho ang interes niyang magpa-impress kay Jester? Bakit bigla ay mas interesado na siyang matikmang muli ang napakasarap na halik ni Matt? Now, she was facing a great dilemma of hearts between Jester and Matt…
