Subalit sya ay mapupunta sa mga malulupit at mapagsamantalang mga boss sa mga mapapasukan niyang trabaho. Sa pagmamalupit sa kanya ng kanyang mga boss ay ipapanganak ang isang bagong Fred isang malupit at pumapatay na Psycho. Sa istorya ay may isa din mahusay na Police Detective na susubaybay sa kanyang mga kaso ng pagpatay at mag iimbestiga kay Fred ito ay si Allan isang Police Detective. Kalaunan sa pagpatay ni Fred ay may isa siyang tao na labis din nyang masasaktan at magiging Psycho din na tulad niya. Tunghayan ang istorya ni Fred at matuto tayo na huwag maging mapagmalupit sa kapwa kung tayo ay nasa itaas at sila ay nasa ibaba upang wala ng ipanganak pa muli na Psycho sa mundo.
