Di sisi lain, kematian Danik -perawat kesayangan Tirta- yang meninggal karena terinfeksi virus tersebut membuat amarahnya bergejolak. Terlebih saat mengetahui ada yang janggal dari kematian Danik. Lalu siapa sebenarnya gadis bermata bening yang datang sebagai suspect virus beberapa hari lalu? Gadis itu selalu menggelitik hati Tirta untuk terus mendekat hingga dia sulit lepas. Apa yang akan Tirta perbuat atas pandemi yang terjadi, menuruti kata hati atau justru menutup mata? Lalu bagaimana kelanjutan kisah Tirta dengan gadis itu? Benarkah ada masa lalu yang terhubung antara dia dan Tirta?
