The CEO'S secretary

The CEO'S secretary

“She’s everywhere.” … For a moment, I couldn’t breathe. The smoke, the silence, his words….”she’s everywhere” …ran through my mind until they stopped making sense. “Elias,” I whispered, gripping his hand. “You’re not making sense. Isabella’s gone….” His head moved slightly, a weak denial. “You don’t understand. The system….she… replicated herself.” Nina crouched beside me, her face streaked with shock. “Replicated? You mean like…data backup?”

The Transcendent Zombie System

'This is indeed a golden finger. Ding… "Do you want to cultivate the Godly Golden Finger?" "Yes." "Starting the cultivation process of the Godly Golden Finger:" "10%... 30%... 60%... 100%." "Cultivation of the Godly Golden Finger has finished." Lucas smiled when he heard the system’s notification in his mind. With the Godly Golden Finger, he could fuse zombies at a much faster pace. Rayne had been upgraded to Rank 9, but Sven the swordsman and Skeletal Lady were not Rank 9 Zombies yet.

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

I believe no updates is due to the platform not the authors themselves. Many of the books I’m reading are not updated as well. It is possible the authors are not able to upload their chapters on the platform

System Of Blood: To Crave Survival

System Of Blood: To Crave Survival

"Can you see it? The function that triggers when Julian dies?" "Yes." I pulled the code into focus, examining its structure. "It's more complex than Julian described. Not just a termination protocol but a complete reset sequence. Game state rollback, player memory wipe, reality dissolution, and return protocols all cascading from a single trigger." "Can you modify it without breaking the cascade?" That was the essential question. The State Resolution function was deeply integrated into the game's core systems. Change one part wrong and everything collapsed. Change nothing and Julian's death would end Lenore completely.

The starting was serious. The child mature too fast, which is sad, but hopefully 'bullies' let them be and not add to their condition. looks promising, especially the curiosity of how the kids are going to pull through. nice ?

Status," I said. The blue screen reappeared, but it was cracked. My stats were negative, and my level was back to one. I had worked hard to get up to thirty-five, and now I was back where I started. "Cracked, right?" "What happened?" "The system has rejected you. Now here's the million gold question. Why haven't you copied the system?" "I can't." "How do you know that?" "Because it's not a skill." "Is it? Who gave you the ability to check status?" "No one did," I said. "Someone gave every single person on this planet the ability to check their status." "Drykena the Goddess of the Land. You're asking me to—"

My Heart beats in him

My Heart beats in him

“Yes.” She studied him. “That sounds urgent.” “It is,” he said. Silence. Anna stood slowly. “What are you going to confirm?” Adrian looked at her. “Whether your designation appears in external system replication nodes.” Silence. Anna blinked. “…external replication nodes.” “Yes.” She exhaled slowly. “That sounds like my existence is stored in multiple places.” Adrian did not deny it. Instead he said, “It is.” Silence. Anna shook her head slightly. “So I am not even centralized.”

Until she said— “The pay will be increased based on how diligently you work. And if you can stay and take care of him for up to three months, a bonus of ten thousand dollars will be added to your current salary.” “Where do I sign?” The words were out before I could even think. Fuck. Ten grand. With my salary? I’d be insane not to take it. I lived like a rat—late rent, cheap food, secondhand clothes. That money wasn’t just tempting. It was survival. Lilian’s smile stretched wider as she handed me a pen. I signed fast, then gave her my phone. She slipped it into an electronic locker that scanned her fingerprint. My breath caught at the glowing screen: 30 days counting down.

My Ex, the Widowed Billionaire

My Ex, the Widowed Billionaire

In the upper left corner of the blueprints behind him in that video. A private language. A code among kings and monsters. “This is his,” I said. Gideon nodded. “He’s building something modular. Multi-nodal, self-replicating. You hit one cell, three more grow in its place. It’s not just tech. It’s people. Infrastructure. And it’s all feeding into something called Project Eidolon.” I stiffened. “Eidolon was shut down.” “Officially, yes. But now it’s back—and under new management. Your old ghost has teeth again.”

He looked hollow. Because even as Ivy started stabilizing the comms, even as the storm outside cleared, even as the engine roared steady again The warning on Ivy’s screen returned. REPLICATION DETECTED. REMOTE NODE: ACTIVE. LOCATION: UNKNOWN. Alessio stepped forward. “What the hell does that mean?” Ivy stared in horror. “She backed herself up.” Noa’s voice dropped. “Where?” Ivy didn’t look up. Because another message had appeared. WELCOME TO PHASE NINE.

Marked By The Moon: Tied To The Four Alphas

Samuel shielded Ava, taking another hit. “Ava… the console,” Samuel gasped. “Override code is your mother’s maiden name and the date of your conception. It destroys the data.” She typed frantically as Voss lunged with a syringe. Jeffrey, fighting the sedative, tackled the doctor. In the struggle, Voss’s tablet shattered, but not before a transmission sent: Initiate remote replication protocol. Target: Ava Rose. The terminal beeped success—data purge complete. But Voss laughed weakly as security swarmed in. “Too late. The tracker evolved. One of them already carries a dormant seed. By morning, the manifestation will force the next stage… and only the true paternal architect can reverse it.”
