Suatu ketika kerajaan Therazium, berhasil dikalahkan dan di invasi oleh para bangsa lain. Khaigor sang ksatria dan rekan-rekannya, berhasil menyelamatkan diri. Sudut pandang antara pihak Gridor, Berthous, Megrito, serta Nerdho, kerajaan dan masyarakat memiliki perbedaan yang sebagiannya berselisih satu sama lain, yang tak dapat diterima sepenuhnya antar pihak.
