“Tell me witch, what happens if Tanya ever gets to call anyone from Cryzon?” She twitched her lips and looked around before bending to whisper in my ears. “She's going to make an exchange, her blood for a dragon to destroy this whole city.” I frowned at her statement. “There's no dragon aside from Draven, how is that possible?” Her eyes widened in delight at my naiveness and she shook her head. “There is but not a real dragon, he only works when his dark powers are invoked, his dragon died after a terrible war but he revives it temporarily to make destruction.”

I spent hours studying the text. I learned about Alice's Dragon, referred to in ancient languages as the 'Rare Healer of Fire.' This unique dragon was gifted with ancient magic. If the Rare Healer of Fire mated with another dragon, they would be reborn as humans but retain the ability to use dragon magic without their dragon forms.

Erik then offered the flasks to Director Bones and the Aurors. "Drink it." Director Bones looked at the flasks and back to Erik. Her question was evident in her face. "Juice of Dragon Fruit cultivated by True Dragons. Better than coffee and pepper-up for normal humans. You guys seem to need it. It will give you all about twelve hours of energy." Erik explained to them. "I heard about it…" Said the gruffy looking Auror, Alastor Moody. "That stuff is very rare." He took one flask and started casting diagnoses on it. Erik shrugged the comment.

There is no time for hesitation today. More enemies surge upward from the streets below. Fae warriors riding dragons. Archers loosing arrows tipped with burning magic. A lesser dragon dives toward my throat. I twist aside and rip his wing clean off. He plummets screaming into the broken street far below. Another dragon circles behind me. I spin midair and drive my claws through his skull. Blood rains down across the battlefield. And still Seraphina’s music continues. I feel it moving through me now. Through the bond.

A torrent of steaming hot blood. With all the strength I could muster, I tossed my head aside, alleviating the weight from my brow. A dark hole glistened in the dragon’s throat. The blood streaming down my face sizzled, staining my fur. The pain was enough to bring tears to my eyes, but I didn’t care. The dragon had impaled itself on the only physical aspect I had inherited from my mother—my spiraling, opalescent unicorn horn, now glistening a violent red.

she declared without letting him decide. " Work for me?" " Lone Wolves, led by Jordan Van Arthur also know as Poison master Van, has the dragon marrow blood......." " Really expected of the computer Doll, you even know about the dragon marrow blood. I don't need you to...." " This.... " She held out the bloodied wooden button "... You gave me this, right?" Jordan looked at the button and look back at her eyes, his unreadable expression not weavering a bit. " Such a rough workmanship, not a product of Lone Wolves " he replied and stood up.

The void inside my chest no longer burned with the cold emptiness of a broken core. Instead, a heavy, rhythmic thrumming echoed through my ribs, matching the deep, ancient heartbeat of the colossal entity resting in the dark. The brand-new core of dragon flame had settled deep into my torso, anchoring itself into the core of my physical frame. As it stabilized, a torrent of blistering, volcanic energy surged outward from the center of my chest.

"My grandmother... was she...?" "Dragon," Xaihuang confirmed with something approaching sympathy. "Shadow affinity, from the look of your manifestations. Probably went dormant during one of the great migrations and never fully awakened again." On the massive display, the real-time data streams showed another surge in DragonCoin activity. Each transaction now created visible ripples across the magical resonance field, like stones thrown across a pond. Ah, why do we so freak out Dr. Ashworth? Sage asked my dragon something wasn’t adding up, and it wasn’t to do with the code, she could feel it.

Tristan said, "we dance. And tomorrow, we steal the secrets of a god." Saoirse touched the cool metal of the dragon charm. The Viper had marked her. But as she looked at him, she realized something dangerous. She didn't want to take it off. End of Chapter 6
