Later that day I was beyond relieved, I managed to convince Daniel that I was still blind, though I was sure he still suspected me, but at least I was out of immediate danger. She's blind. I own her.” Landon's voice was sure, almost amused like he was telling a joke. I was the joke. The words hit me like a slap. Blind….. One was black and the other was white, I personally liked the white one, it was one of my favorites because aside it being decorated with real diamonds, it gave me this illusion that I was innocent, when indeed, I wasn’t. “The white one.” I watched and gulped as Blaze moved towards me, “I’ll miss staring into these gorgeous eyes.” Blaze murmured right before the blindfold covered my eyes, cascading me in complete darkness which I eagerly welcomed.

A future no longer bound by darkness, but written entirely in light.
