The government of Galaxy City, in collaboration with a military owned lab in the city, were working on a project that could help resurrect their valiant soldiers from the dead. At first, they were glad cause when they tested it on a dead soldier, he did came back to life but not as a soldier anymore. He came back as a flesh eating demon.
