The plot tackles the story of Trafalgar Law, a witch protected by Donquixote "Corazon" Rosinante inside a magic bubble that protects him from any harm. The bubble protects him from the cruel leadership of Doflamingo, along with the abuses from Vergo, Doflamingo's henchman. 

Law eventually felt trapped inside the bubble, unable to leave and see the world. The hero of the story, Monkey D. Luffy, was a sea adventurer who happened to come by Doflamingo's domain. Luffy would come to save him from his loneliness, resolving his feeling of wanting more out of his life. As one of the major character dies, Law has no choice but to rely on Luffy to save his life and open the world for him. This story, setting Law as a heroin, and Luffy as the rough hero, would definitely give lovers of the Boy Love genre a roller coaster ride.

Not much information is available about the author, GeminiAriesMoon, but this piece was written in a different view from the original anime. This takes more of a romantic comedy-themed story that humanizes Law and Luffy as they discover each other. This is definitely one of the must reads in this list.

This fan fiction written by "madhatter_85" tackles the story of Law, a little boy who watches another boy in a red hoodie ride past his house on a bike every day. The boy is played by Luffy, along with 2 other friends played by Zoro and Sanji.

Wild Obsession

This story by Lazyshrimp11 takes a bolder approach to Law x Luffy fan fictions. Luffy, a cruel mafia boss, controls the city with his brothers Ace and Sabo. Law, on the other hand, was an antisocial man who is very cautious and serious in his dealings. 

As their paths cross, they come into all sorts of conflict coming from their differences. Luffy pretends to be a bubbly, cheerful person on the outside, walking along the bodies of people he's killed in his stint as a mafia boss. His overprotective brothers, Ace and Sabo, will stand in the way of their future. This takes a steamier approach towards Law and Luffy's stories online. The Stars in Your Eyes

This story by Lawlugalaxy takes Law, a traveller, across a magic forest where he meets Monkey D. Luffy, a forest spirit. He eventually befriends Luffy as they build their friendship while hiding from Luffy's older siblings, Nami and Zoro. 

As they embarked on adventures across the magic forest, Law starts having stronger feelings for Luffy. Their differences would make them choose between their kind and their growing love. The new space for Luffy and Law's story is a refreshing take on the duo. setting them up in a different timeline and space gives them room to expand their story and personality, beyond what can be seen from the One Piece timeline.

This is another story by Lawlugalaxy between Law and Luffy inside Hogwarts, a school for young wizards. The two were previously kicked out of their previous wizard schools and would now cross paths with Ron and Hermione, along with familiar villains like Malfoy. 

As they embarked in their wizard journey, the two started developing their feelings for one another. This hate-to-love romantic comedy is set to take you to a journey of magic, love, and discovery. 

Song for Someone 

EferhildaWyvern's fan fiction takes place at New World University. The story takes a parallel approach to the One Piece Universe, with most of the cast appearing in the story at one point, like Nami, Robin, Zoro, and Sanji. 

In a university where no one is expected to go home, Luffy and Law shared a room as assigned. Over the summer break, Luffy invites law over to his house to spend the vacation. This takes them to a variety of experiments that no one would have expected from the characters.

Wolvesinsocks, in this story, takes law and luffy's story to a very sad turn. It starts with Luffy sitting in a bathroom before he was joined by law. No other characters joined in. 

The story takes a pretty erotic turn as law approached luffy and engaged in intimate activities. Luffy was adamant to go on with this as he feels his sadness would weight Law down. Then one time, Law broke through his shell and met up one night again. As they woke up, Luffy started navigating his sadness knowing Law was there. 

After a series of ups and downs, Luffy started getting his life together, with Law by his side. This story takes a deeper dive into the human interaction, setting Luffy and Law up as partners. While a difference exists between their worlds, they grow through their own adversaries and meet amidst the chaos. This is always a surefire way to fire up an audience.
