Emma’s pov “How about a game of chess before you leave?” Mr Elman asked me. “Why not?” I asked and he smiled as he prepared everything. “I didn’t know that you are good at chess,” Logan said, and I just shrugged. “I try,” I said, and Mr Elman shook his head. “I am not that good, I am just learning a bit,” I said, and he looked at me. “Really? I have been playing chess for 30 years and yet she won against me,” Mr Elman said. He then chuckled once again and pointed at the board. “She is winning even now,” he said, and I looked at Logan. “You are intelligent, you shouldn’t hide all that intelligence,” he said, and I smiled.
