Summer POVThe creature went for the kill and jumped on the rogue. It bit into his leg and the rogue cried out.Ezra shoved his phone at me.“Call for backup.”The man I was falling for grabbed the creature by its hind legs and yanked but it was as if he was trying to lift three manhole covers at once.I dialled Hunter but the phone just rang.
