Lorenzo's POVKicking the door open, I expected to see her cuddled in a corner but instead, there was no one in the room. “She must be in her so-called haven.” I gritted my teeth, making my way towards the end of the building. On arrival, I kicked the door open and just like the first time, she was nowhere to be found. Where could she be? — I pondered, darting my eyes around as I tugged my hair in frustration. Suddenly, it clicked but before I could make a u-turn, I halted, shaking my head sideways as I firmly believed she wouldn't go against my words. But where could she be at this point in time? After weighing the options for a while, I decided to check the daycare just in case she disobeyed but I doubt she would. It was the noise of children that greeted me on arrival and at once, I became uncomfortable. From a tender age, I detest children.
