Alice slept quietly all through the night and with the help of the drinks, she couldn't get her head up and out of the bed even as she had woken up. Jamie kept on banging at the door effortlessly but no one came to her aid, she helplessly fell to the floor with tears in her eyes, she didn't know what else to do rather than sit and wait until the event was over.
