"Under the table," Alexander hissed, his voice sharp with urgency. Lila blinked once, twice, before quickly scrambling to gather her uniform and bra, diving under the desk. Her breath was ragged as she crouched there, clutching the fabric to her chest. The sound of knocking filled the room again, louder this time. "Alex?" Mrs. Harrington called from the other side.
