Kenzie got up and headed into the kitchen. She took out a box of crackers removing a package from it. She then made her way back into the bedroom. It was still early in the morning, but already she was feeding her pet for the second time.Lifting him, at least she thought it was a boy. She would have to ask Viper when he came back. Kenzie placed him on her lap and pulled one of the crackers from the sleeve. She crumbled it in her hand and held it out to the animal. The food was eaten quickly, and she repeated the process until the entire sleeve was almost gone.
