He already knew she was looking for the company's document. He left the place and walked towards the elevator. As soon as the elevator door opened and he stepped inside, Elorm took a peek at the hallway. He heard the footsteps in the hallway and next was Zora's office door opening which was the office next to his. This is why he came out to see who it was once he heard the elevator door open.
