I followed Blade's gaze and then turned to look at him again. "Well, I'm glad you have something left of them. Do you read it often?" "Not very often but when I'm stressed or not in a great mood. What we all just witnessed was something unexpected and equally surprising. "Caspian, stay here with her, I'll have a look!" I silently ate my breakfast as Caspain kept most of the conversation going with the royals. Flora as usual was eating silently beside me, not involving herself in topics. I wandered around the manor's garden, minding my own business and actively avoiding Caspian since he still held some kind of resentment towards me. Always finding reasons to paint me bad in front of Blade. But as I was trying to head back to the back entrance of the manor, I heard some rustling around in the bushes.
