It was the wee hours of the morning, and I hadn't slept for as much as 2 hours. Ryan and I stayed up late discussing, and didn't realize it when we both slept off.
I wondered why I was awake now, considering how sore my sleep deprived eyes felt. It took a few extra seconds for me to understand why.
