Maria's POV Alpha Elijah had given me my own place and gotten me a job in the clinic. I loved what I did now and hoped that I could start my life afresh here. Elizabeth didn't like me and so far, she made it very clear to me that she didn't like me. I tried to stay away from her as much as possible and even deliberately avoided Alpha Elijah."How are you enjoying the clinic?" Elvira asked me as I made my way to the canteen to have lunch. "It's going on well. I'm really grateful you took me in to work here. I don't think I would have survived anywhere else" I said thankfully and she laughed. "Look, your pregnancy is already 6 months. You need to relax more and work less now. I know you only just started work here and you are supposed to be on probation for the first three months but I am going to ease the burden of work for you. Maria's POV It wasn't hard to find my way to the clinic the next day. I had a lot I wanted to talk about with Elvira.
