Hailey's POV. I resumed work at the hospital a week after tearing myself apart. I have to rebuild me for Kendall and me. We have gone back to the beginning, where we only had each other. I still feel him around me and so does Kendall because she tells me he pats her to sleep. Her room is always arranged every morning by the time she wakes up and this a sign that he's still here somehow. He's not even dead and if he was, I would have concluded that his ghost was doing all of this.
