Lauren's POV Shirley was responsible for my mother’s death. I scoffed at the thought of that as I looked over at Jameson. Even if the pieces fit together in theory, it didn’t make any sense. Shirley had lost a lot as well. There was just no way that it was possible. “That’s ridiculous,” I finally said, taking multiple steps away from Jameson to clear my head.
