They've walked all day and it's time to sleep. Jolene is the first one in bed. As soon as she closes her eyes, she feels strong arms around her. Apollo kisses her around and smiles at her. Vlad holds Alaric up with his hands, “ bow down to your new king!”Three vampires run to save the king. Tonya strikes them with power, and they fall to the ground. Teago can see that Alaric is about to snap. The sight of him only encourages him. He lets out a laugh as he watches him hit the bars. Apollo watches Jolene as she plays with their twins. He feels a pang of sympathy, knowing how much she's missed as their children have grown up so quickly.
