1; His Substitute Bride.

Camilla Castello.“I, Beta Garret Winslow, reject you, Camilla Castello as my fated mate.” His eyes stared dead into mine, his voice unwavering. I swallowed down a lump, my hand curling by the side. I managed to voice out a response, my voice surprising coming out stronger than I feel internally. “I, Camilla Castello, daughter of Alpha Derek Castello of BloodHound Pack, accept your rejection.” I promised myself it wasn’t going to hurt, that I was going to suck it up and even be the one to utter those words, but he beat me to it. The fuckard. As if he wasn’t being an ass enough, he dared to stretch his hand and my sly snake of a sister, Anna, stepped into his arm, snuggling close to him, sporting a wicked grin. She clearly enjoyed seeing me in pain, no doubt. She’s always been like that for as long as I can remember, ever since we were kids. She particularly seems fond of making my life hell, she just enjoys it to no end. But, I never thought she’d grow up on that very habit, and

2; The Useless Prince.

Adrian Moretti.“Oh, Adrian.” Moaned the red haired chick I’m with. I think her name’s Natalie or something? I can’t really recall. She’s not a bad lay, just not a good one as well. I growled, feeling myself about to come undone. Just then, I felt the mind-link open, and the familiar voice of my closest associate came. “My Prince,” Caleb’s voice came, his tone emotionless, as always. “What is it?” I grunted, my eyes flicking close…just a few minutes away. “The Vizier is approaching.” He announced, as he was standing guard outside. “He’ll be here in five seconds max.” I hummed in the mind link, before closing it. I thrusted harder into the red haired chick, and her moans became louder, no doubt bouncing off the walls of the room and resonating outside. I could hear the man’s footsteps, and just like Caleb predicted, it took him exactly five steps to come standing in front of the room. “Prince Adrian,” The old Vizier’s voice permeated past the double doors of the room, the judgi

3; Princess in training.

Camilla Castello.“Take care, Kiddo.” Alex was the only one in my family who bid me farewell, and I could still remember how warm his smile felt. It was the only thing that kept me together. “If anything goes wrong or you feel like you can’t handle it, give me a call, and I’ll come through for you.” I could only nod, then offer him a hug that I had to pull back from, against my will. “I will.” I whispered, knowing Alex is the only one in my family I can count on. The others were nowhere to be seen, as if they couldn’t care less that I’m being sent halfway across the country to marry a useless, playboy of a Prince. “You better get going.” Alex gestured to the awaiting car. “Give me a call when you get there, so I can know you’ve reached there safely.” I couldn’t reply, knowing I would breakdown if I do so I got into the car, and offered him a small wave. I was taken to the airport, where I took a flight to Granada, where the Royal Werewolf Pack is. With its low population, it was

4; Mine.

Adrian Moretti. “She’s hot.” I muttered under my breath, watching as my so called bride trained along with a warrior she-wolf out in the lawn. They were sparing, meaning she’s dressed in a half vest and tights that hugged her body, leaving her assets out for me to see. I felt blood rush down there. Fuck, I’ve been feeling that way since she arrived and I first laid eyes on her. She’s been here for about two weeks I think, and not a day comes where I don’t get a glimpse of her, I just choose to avoid her sight till I figure out what to do with her. “Does that mean you accept her as your Princess?” Caleb inquired, and though his tone was bare of any emotion, I knew he was hopeful I’d settle down with this she-wolf. “Don’t be ridiculous.” I waved him off almost instantly. I meant it when I said I’m taking no bride, especially not her. “She’ll be a good lay though. That’s for sure.” I wouldn’t mind getting her in my bed. She should be of some use. Besides, I need to get her out of sys

5; A mere pawn.

Camila Castello. The more I got to know Adrian, the more my regret for that night dissipated. I hated myself at first for it, for giving in so easily but there was this pull I felt towards him I couldn’t explain, and no, it wasn’t just the full moon that made it possible. He’s been nothing but kind to me though, no longer avoiding me like the plague. He acts like the perfect fiancée during the day, and fucks me thoroughly through the night. I think I’m even falling for him if I’m being honest. How can I not? He’s everything but that which the rumors of him. I know that now. ‘Can’t wait to see you walking down the aisle. Happy wedding day, Princess.’ A smile made its way on my face as I read the message he had attached to the flowers he had delivered to my room. It’s finally our wedding day, and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t as excited as I’m nervous. I have him though, I know it’ll all be well. “Lady Camilla.” I looked up, just in time to see one of my attendants walk in.

6; Red Eyes.

Camila Castello. “Shift back,” My wolf, Maya, said in my head as I ran as fast as I can away from the Pack, my paws digging deep into the soil, before I leaped and ran further. She’s been prodding the back of my mind, trying to get through to me since I shifted a few minutes back but I’d put up a mental block, keeping her out. Somehow, she managed to get past it, the desperation behind her intention giving her the power to get rid of my mental block. And the minute she did so, those two words were the first thing she said. Even in my hazy state of mind, and although I was fully planning on tuning her out, her words still registered I my mind. “Why?” I asked, with a sniff. My heart burns, it hurts so much that I feel a though I should pull it out. The last thing I wanted was to interact with her, or anyone else for that matter. It was taking everything in me to not fall and cry my heart out, because I was in too much pain. I’m in pain for losing my parents, my pack, and my life as

7; Cassain.

Camila Castello. The distant sound of water reached my ears, the kind that you hear from lakes or waterfalls. The scent of nature filled my senses, the kind that makes one feel relieved from the inside, calming your senses and fill you up with unparalleled peace that can’t be gotten anywhere else aside from nature itself. Then, I heard the sound of birds chirping, the sounds becoming a bit clearer I contrast to the earlier slightly muffled sounds I heard. I released a deep breath, rolling to my side, in an attempt to pull my pillow close to me and continue with my slumber. Except, there was no pillow in sight, and the action of turning around made me feel the warm rays of sun casting its glow on my face, making me stir awake. Another small breath escaped my lips as I peeled my eyes open, instantly coming to sight with the sky above, and with the sun glaring down at my face. It wasn’t scorching or anything, it’s just the right amount to stop one from falling back asleep. I flicked

8; Awfully Intertwined.

Camila Castello.“You’re a rogue.” He stated, with no air of questioning surrounding his tone. He sounded as if he knew what he was saying. That he is certain of what he’s saying. His eyes narrowed slightly, never leaving mine. “Became one not too long ago.” I got over my initial shock, my lips slanted into a humorless smile. “Well, geez. Thank you for stating the obvious, I didn’t realize I’ve gone rogue.” The words rolled off my tongue without me thinking twice—a bad habit of having a sharp tongue and witty responses at the very tip of it, one that would get me killed sooner rather than later. It’s quite obvious he wasn’t impressed by my response, because he was silent for a few seconds, his brow arching slightly. “You’re pretty daring.” He commented, though his tone was blank so I couldn’t tell whether he was amused by the fact or not. “You have an awful sharp mouth as well.” “Thanks, I’ve heard that a lot.” What is wrong with me? I’ve always had a response, always so 99 percent

9; Save me, Cassain.

Camila Castello. He held my gaze for a short while, his red irises scrutinizing me, while his lips were set into a straight line. From what I’ve gathered on him, he’s not exactly an open book. He keeps his emotions in check, masking them away under veil one can’t see past. Even those few emotions he’d allowed to be on display, they are never truly from deep within, at least, not entirely. Yet, as he held my gaze, his hand still keeping a firm hold on my neck, I could somehow tell what was going on in his mind, or so I hoped. He was vetting me, trying to see if my words genuinely came from my heart, that I do believe he won’t hurt me or I’m just putting on a façade to appear strong. The truth is though, it’s the former. I do not believe he would kill me. I just know he won’t. At least, not at that very moment. Not so surprisingly, though we really need to figure out how this mind hearing thing would work, he heard what was on going in my mind. For the nth time since we crossed pat

10; Role Play.

Adrian Moretti.“I’m sorry, but you can’ see the Prince at the moment. He’s currently…occupied.” Caleb’s voice came from the other end of the door, fending off the visitor there. A moan came from the room, confirming his words. A high pitched voice, belonging to one of the harems as she moaned my name. “Oh, Prince Adrian! Yeah…just like that, yeah…right there, Oh My!” A heavy sigh escaped my lips as I carried on with my current task at hand, pushing myself further, slowly making my way towards my reach, my breathing heavy. One after the other, I hastened my action. Just a few seconds…I’m nearly there. Another moan came from the harem, matching my speed, her voice becoming louder I’m certain everyone within that mile radius could hear her. “Oh, yes, I’m close, I’m so close!” Silence ensued from the other side of the room, before the voice of the unwelcomed guest came. “It appears so.” Klaus’s gruff voice came, not holding any suspicion or anything. He tried to keep his tone monoton
